Clean and comfortable - won’t pay security Deposit
Pros:

Outside is a bit dated however our room looked as though it had been renovated recently and was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Having to pay $100 security damage deposit which is supposedly refunded on the check out. But subject to your bank. We regularly travel and stay in Toowoomba and have never had to pay a security deposit. I won’t stay at Kondari again if i have to pay this

Great place to stay and having the Tavern next door was an added bonus.

Very nice, delivered exactly what it said it would
Pros:

Beds were comfy, lake view was nice a relax full and in the room we were in it was just outside the window!

Cons:

Bed was on wheels and had no stopped for them - just slightly annoying when trying to lean bagaisnt the back board and the bed would move

Worth it, will stay here again.
Pros:

The booking staff were efficient, friendly and informative. The bed and pillows were actually comfortable. The room not only looked and smelled clean but felt clean. Parking was also readily accessible for larger vehicles and close to the room.
