bad services
Pros:

location

Cons:

Very disappointing service. The access card did not work, and when I called the number provided on the card, no one answered. I had to go all the way down from Level 9 to the lobby just to replace the access card.

The staff member I encountered was very unprofessional and unfriendly, with a rather unpleasant attitude. To make matters worse, the iron was left outside the room instead of being properly provided inside.

Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and the service was far below my expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the level of service provided to guests.

Comfortable will stay again
Pros:

Breakfast was good with a big selection.
Room was clean and spacious.
Check In and Check out was fast ad staff friendly

Cons:

Breakfast dishes should rotate. Not the same stuff everyday.
All stuff were friendly at the breakfast except there was one chef who was grumpy and rude. Very unfriendly no smile ,
Slightly big size guy fair skin.
