施設は特に問題ないが、スタッフの対応がもう少しお客様の立場で考えて対処して欲しかった。
Pros:

このクラスでは、他ホテルより部屋サイズが広く感じた。

Cons:

タクシー予約が出来ず大変困った。歩くしかないと言われ、お通夜に間に合わなかった。

本当に居心地良かった

よそでは寝れないのですが、枕？ベッド？何故か寝てました。
