Didn’t like anything about the property room was fully dirty. Bllood on the sheets no parking. Don’t recommend this place to anybody. went back to get my stuff and it was sitting outside my door. I never even checked out looking online about this property was totally different to what I walked into with my family never experienced anything like it.

Cons:

I didn’t like the dirt of the room the dirt of the hotel. They removed my property from my room outside my door without me checking out. I stayed one night next morning. I left. I emailed the property manager. He did reply as this is absolutely disgraceful and I haven’t experienced a hotel like it and I have my little family with me. It’s not recommended for anybody to Stay In. it should be shut down.

Lovely location, lovely staff, suitable for me for my overnight stay and had everything I needed.
Pros:

Great staff, helpful, kind. Room was compact but had everything I needed for my one night stay before flying back to Adelaide.

Cons:

The only issues were the stairs - I can't climb stairs on my own, and definitely can't climb stairs with luggage.
The lady on reception came down and took me through a barber shop and took my luggage for me then up to my room for me in the lift. She pointed out the other entrance in the laneway which is where I pointed my taxi driver to so he could pick me up the next day. Unfortunately the address in the laneway wasn't available on my 13Cabs App to book a taxi, it kept defaulting to the William Street entrance which wasn't helpful to me.
It would be great if the laneway entrance could be included in the hotel's description and website booking etc.
Also, there is a big leak of water coming from the base of the toilet/tiles/floor area - the floor was wet in the bathroom when I arrived and I had to place all the towels on the floor so I didn't slip in the water. It continued to be wet the entire time I was staying there and needs to be fixed immediately as it's a trip hazard. Thanks.

Good spot if you need to be in Darlinghurst
Pros:

Good location if you need to be near Darlinghurst but don’t want to be right in the middle of King’s Cross with a lot of noise.
Breakfast was great and included for me!

Cons:

Bit loud, would be nice if there was a softer, flatter pillow
