Endroit à considérer lors d'un court séjour à Ottawa
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé. C'est propre et le personnel est très courtois. Le stationnement est gratuit et facile. Bon éclairage dans la salle de bains. La cuisine est bien équipée et il n'y a pas de tapis, ce qui est une bonne chose.

Cons:

Le thermostat est mas localisé. Il est difficile d'avoir une température confortable en mode climatisation: Trop froid avant que la climatisation arrête et trop chaud avant quelle redémarre).

Falsely advertising don’t trust the information. First see the room then book or pay. I learn that in an expensive way

The room I got smelled like cigarettes and I only stayed for one night and checked out day after. I reached out to your company explaining the situation and trying to get my money back because of false advertisement but your company didn’t give me any refund.

Clean, comfortable and quiet.
Pros:

We had a large room with 2 Queen beds and a kitchenette.

The matresses and pillows were comfortable ; the linens of good quality.

The bathroom was very clean and with plenty of hot water. Also a hair dryer which my wife used without complaint so it was seemingly good. Plenty of towels and of good quality.

The kitchenette was equipped with basic cupboards , utensils, dishes , a few pots and included a medium sized fridge, a hot plate, microwave ,a Keurig , and a deep sink . Enough to make simple meals easily.

There's a nice and clean heated outdoor pool which we used a few times. Also, also a good sized terrace with tables and chairs ; get pools towels at the front desk. along witha daily pass key.

The hotel is located at a busy intersection, but traffic noise did not disturb us.
We had good quiet sleep.

There's plenty of free parking.
