Pros:

Sherry at the front desk was amazing. I requested grab bars in the tub and they put an extra one in and offered a raised toilet seat.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't clean and smelled like urine. The floors were dirty. They hadn't been vacuumed or washed in some time.

Great location to Ottawa centre, comfortable stay for the price and good size room.
Pros:

Location was excellent, close to the centre, 10 mins drive from the hotel to the centre. Decent size for the room with kitchenette with good equipment. Good value for what you get.

Cons:

The deco of this hotel is a bit dated, this doesn't mean less comfortable but feels like 90s decor. It seems they might be short in staff as breakfast is served quite slow, one more pair of hands would really help. I also wasn't informed that the pool is working only until the 7th September when checked in, so when I wanted to use it, they closed it for the season. This was actually disappointing.

Très bon accueil, disponibilité et service de l'ensemble du personnel.

Cons:

En périphérie.
Taxi nécessaire pour aller dans le centre, mais il y a des taxis toujours présents si nécessaire.
Mais fu coup facilité pour quitter la ville lorsqu'on a une voiture.
