Très chouette hôtel
Pros:

Très chouette hôtel. Les logements rénovés sont beaux et pratiques. Nous avons toujours eu de la place sur les transats des piscines. Les repas sont bons. J'avais prévenu que nous arrivions vers 1h du matin et un buffet froid nous attendait. 3 paons se baladent en liberté sur le complexe. Nous avons participé aux animations en journée (stretching, yoga, pilates, aquagym, fléchettes, petits jeux), bravo aux animateurs.
L'océan n'est pas à côté, mais il suffit de prendre un taxi ( pas cher) pour s'y rendre en 5 minutes. Une station de taxi est directement à la plage, facile aussi pour le retour.

Good value for money for a family break in a small hotel complex
Pros:

Small hotel, easy to navigate
Good selection of food at the buffet and opening times were long
Entertainment team do a fabulous job during the day with poolside and other activities (stretching, darts, water games, fun games for all the family)
No plastics, all paper cups and straws
Clean
Superior bungalow was recently refurbished

Cons:

Sunbeds were uncomfortable and could do with updating
The evening entertainment program was average

Pros:

La chambre bungalow supérieur est très bien. Joli, bien décoré. L'espace extérieur de l'hôtel est très agréable.

Cons:

La nourriture, vraiment décevant. Pendant la semaine du séjour on a mangé tout le temps la même chose.. Choix limité, toujours la meme viande, toujours le meme poisson..
L'offre très décevant pour 1 hotel 4 étoiles.

Mooie locatie, prachtig onderhouden tuin!
Personeel dat super in de weer is om de gasten het naar hun zin te maken.
Eten was prima!
Verbleven in een bungalow waar niets op aan te merken is!

Pros:

I stayed in the superior bungalows and they were amazing and so spacious with everything you needed. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. A vast selection of food to cater for everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I'm definitely returning.

Mas formacion e informacion para los empleados del hotel
Pros:

La habitacion estaba bastante bien, reformada y limpia

Cons:

El personal anda un poco perdido en un lado te dicen una cosa y en otro otra en recepcion no se enteran de nada te dicen una cosa luego es otra, necesitan mas formacion y mas aprender español.

Bungalow molto carini alcuni ancora da ristrutturare ma bella l'idea di non essere nel classico hotel sembrava più un piccolo villaggio piscine belle e acqua mai fredda

Soggiorno piacevole, struttura bella e buona cucina
Pros:

Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene. Abbiamo mangiato bene con abbastanza scelta tra carne, pesce, pasta e pizza. Una nota speciale per il risotto, davvero strepitoso! Anche la colazione era buona e varia, sia dolce che salata. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la piscina e il servizio di trasporto per la spiaggia (solo il ritorno perchè in salita sotto il sole era un pò faticoso 20 minuti ci vogliono a piedi)

Cons:

L'unica pecca è stata la totale assenza di italiani: l'animazione era solo in inglese, spagnolo e tedesco. Anche i canali italiani in TV, dopo il primo giorno, non erano più visibili. La colazione dalle 8:00 secondo me è un pò tardi e la spiaggia è abbastanza lontana, anche se il servizio di trasporto e comodo o meglio diciamo che se fosse esclusivo dell'hotel sarebbe meglio invece è condiviso con altri hotel, anche se eravamo tra le prime fermate.
