Pros:

El trato de los empleados concretamente de Jonathan (camarero) muy atento y servicial .pero en general recepción, camareros, servicio técnico muy agradables y rápidos.
La habitación estába muy bien, aíre acondicionado muy bueno y televisión enorme.repetire.
Comida y cócteles variados y muy buenos.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación fue bastante pésima prácticamente ni me la limpiaron.avise a recepción para que la repasarán porque no habían limpiado los pisos y nunca lo hicieron.

Real pearl in Gran Canaria- Warmly Recommend !
Pros:

Cozy houses and very good horticulture saroundings. The food was tasty, maybe for breakfast should be sometimes different but dinners were delicious with many variety. The staff were very professional and helpful, I will especially say Steffen the Swiss guy from the reception, Sasha the weiter were very profi and friendly I forgot the names from others from the stuff, also were very polite and service oriented. Also Paloma and the others from animation team were very kind, especially with our kids and they have good program through the days and evenings. When someone need real vacations I warmly recommend this Hotel!

Cons:

Little bit smile from some from the waitresses will make everybody better the day and please don't rush to take the empty plate from the guests when they are finish with the meal. Once I noticed two cups for coffe and one plate were not good washed but puted like clean. But it is not big problem, I understand when restaurant is full with guests can not everything be perfect. You should think about and for dinners the drinks to be free like in breakfasts and water should have to be free/Gratis on the bar and other areas, because there are many kids.

Correcto pero mejorable
Pros:

Hotel muy tranquilo y bastante familiar. Ideal para ir con niños. Un poco lejos de la playa si quieres ir andando pero en coche está a 3-4 min. Comida bastante correcta y casera.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación. Llegamos un martes y estuvimos esperando todo el miércoles para que nos hicieran la habitación pero nada. Luego nos enteramos que ni miércoles ni domingo realizan el servicio de habitaciones, cosa que no nos dijeron en el checkin. El jueves dejamos libre la habitación desde las 9 a las 14:30 y pedimos en varias ocasiones que la hicieran ya que estaban con las de al lado. Llegaron a las 15:00 y quisieron hacer la habitación deprisa y corriendo diciendo que se les acababa el turno. No la hicieron y para colmo nos dimos cuenta que la mesa del salón estaba llena de termitas. Todo bastante desagradable

Inadmisible que en un hotel en España muchos camareros no sepan hablar castellano. La luz de la terraza no puede apagarse y entra muchísima luz en la habitación por la noche

Lovely resort, highly recommend.
Pros:

Extremely clean. Lovely adults only area. Really nice staff. Excellent cocktails especially from Sandra and Denise. Decent buffet food.

Cons:

As a young couple staying in an adults only junior suite, we were next to someone who made us feel rather uncomfortable at points. Although this is no fault of the resorts, some changes to enhance the privacy around the private pools and suite area would go along way (such as a larger dividing plants dividing the areas). Additionally, although the restaurant provided decent food for a buffet, we were not made aware by the hotel that the restaurant across the road was included in the premium all inclusive which served much nicer à la cart.
