El personal de recepción fue poco colaborador, en especial los 2 chicos que eran un poco engreidos

El descuido que hay alrededor del lago, la fauna estaba alrededor de la basura sobre todo del lago donde las ranas les tocaba subirse en los plásticos y botellas, el turista es irresponsable al tirarlo pero tampoco el hotel se preocupa por mantenerlo

Pros:

Piscina climatizada, el menú del restaurante es variado. Un lugar ideal para pasar tiempo en familia.

Cons:

Siendo zona cafetera deberían servir un mejor café con el desayuno. El café es oscuro y de mal sabor, en Pereira se consiguen buenos cafés de fincas del sector a buenos precios. Para un buen café es necesario comprarlo en el lobby en el local especializado. Un buen café puede elevar la experiencia del huésped.
