Pros:

Todo, excelente lo del desayuno fue el día del terremoto entonces entendemos lo sucedido y brindaron a su alcance ya que no había gas, y hablando del terremoto si falto un poco darle un poco de menor manejo ya que no había una persona orientando hacia la salidas de emergencias, sabemos que fue una locura pero si falto un guía para hacer la evacuación mas ágilmente, respecto a la señalización si nos sirvió mucho porque por todo lado decía salida de emergencia, también quiero agradecer que este hotel tenga la sismo resistencia porque solo sufrió grietas y viendo los hoteles del centro de Pereira, somos afortunados en habernos alojados en este hotel mas moderno y con buena infraestructura.

Comodidad ! Lugar hermosos
Pros:

La Sra que arregló mi habitación me organizó todo ! Estuvimos en una fiesta y mi esposo no había podía desayunar y le permitieron comer frutas y bebidas y nos dejaron estar hasta la 1 pm el día de la entrega
