La ubicación es excelente para todo. El desayuno es bastante decente y el cuarto super comodo.

El gerente, el Caballero, Hudge o como se llame, grosero, falta de profesionalismo, irrespetuoso, incondecendiente, actitud pesima. Profesionalismo... 0/10. Que lo despidan sin ningun problema, porque no hace falta y no hace tampoco la diferencia. La limpieza del cuarto, 2/10, encontramos macarrones, comida vieja por el suelo, no parecia limpia con delicadeza y dedicacion.

It could have been better.
Pros:

The room was quite comfortable and large, clean and spacious.
The breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t working properly.
The water was cold when it was supposed to be warm since it’s inside the building.
That was the main reason why I chose that place.

It was a warm and welcoming stay
Pros:

I appreciated the cleanliness of not only the room but the entire hotel. I also liked the fact that after shower the towels didn't present an odor like towels need to be replaced due to over usage.
