Zentrale Lage man ist schnell zu Fuss in der Innenstadt aber auch beim Hafen. So konnten wir gut die Reeperbahn erkunden und das Mini-Wunderland besuchen.

Camera moderna e ampia con piccolo angolo cucina. Caffè te e acqua disponibili gratuitamente per tutto il giorno. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Pros:

Das Apartment war total groß und mit kleiner Dachterrasse wunderschön. Für uns 3 war es perfekt. Eine vierte Person hätte easy auch noch gepasst. 2 Bäder. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Perfekt gelegenes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Hamburg. Gut per Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Es gibt einen sehr großen Aufenthaltsbereich mit kostenlosen Getränken. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstück, schön hergerichtet. Zimmer groß und sauber.

Good place for stay in Hamburg
Pros:

Well located accomodation, right next to the St. Mikael's church. The rooms were clean, AC functional. The parking in the basement is a bit tight for big cars, and a bit expensive. But, its good to have it. The stay itself was good, confortable beds. The sofa-bed was not that great, but, nothing to complain about. We could hear the church bells, but that was not disturbing as such. Very close to public transport and around 12-15mins walk from Rathaus - so, location is really good. Check in was smooth even though we arrived close to midnight.

Cons:

Check-out was not smooth - the staff at reception kept insisting that we had to pay extra for breakfast though we had not taken one - apparently someone had signed it against our room. However, after a few minutes of argument, he realized that the signature was linked to another room..

Schlaflose Nächte
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr zentral, Frühstück ist ausreichend, schönes Design, rund um die Uhr Kaffee, Tee und Wasser kostenlos

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Suite direkt am Fahrstuhl, diesen hat man die ganze Nacht gehört (als wenn eine U-Bahn durch das Zimmer fährt) da es viele Zimmer gibt, ist er auch ständig im Betrieb. Schlaflose Nächte.
Es gibt kein Zimmerservice, Zimmer Reinigung oder Service beim Frühstück, das sollte man im Vorfeld vielleicht wissen.
Und es nicht zu unterschätzen, wie laut der Michel 24/7 ist. Alle 15 Minuten läuten die Glocken. Die Lautstärke haben wir so nicht erwartet und unsere Fenster waren geschlossen.
Das Hotel hatte leider auch nicht genug Parkplätze im Parkhaus. Daher müssten wir in ein anderes Parkhaus in der Nähe ausweichen, was uns pro Tag 60 Euro gekostet hat; Wahnsinn!
Als wir bei der abreisen gefragt worden sind; ob alles in Ordnung war und ich diese Punkte freundlich angesprochen habe, wurde mir nur gesagt, das ich bei der nächsten Reservierung, diese Punkte angeben sollte.- Nein danke
