Узкие лестницы, поднять чемодан проблем не было, а вот спустить

Great location and friendly staff that helped me figure out the ins and outs of riding and paying for the tram -- by far the best way to get around town.
The stair case was a cross between a ladder and some a ships ladder VERY steep, but the staff helped with my suitcase -- so all good.

Very pretty and comfortable AMAZING LOCATION
blinds werent the darkest but honestly that was minor.
La chambre est "minimaliste": petite, toute petite console au mur pour bouilloire-tasses-sachets-télécommandes, pas d'espace de rangement pour les vêtements avec seulement quelques cintres au mur et une tablette pour les chapeaux. Les lits étaient confortables et la salle de bains était assez grande. La chambre était très propre. L'hôtel est très bien situé cependant étant tout près du tram et pas très loin du métro et du fameux Rijks ! Le personnel à la réception était très accueillant. La chambre que j'avais donnait sur le toit d'une partie du rez-de-chaussée. Attention aux escaliers: ce sont presque des échelles tellement ils sont à pic ! Un petit frigo serait aussi utile, mais il n'y a pas vraiment de place dans la chambre.
La chambre était petite, sans espace de rangement pour les vêtements. Les escaliers sont exceptionnellement raides !

I was in a basement room, coffee shop right next door. People so noisy on the street all night. So strange gurgle in the plumbing, sounded like a loud belch every 5 or 10 minutes.
Sehr sauber. Zimmer wie auf den Bildern, wir hatten ein gratis Upgrade auf das Luxus Doppelzimmer erhalten. Großes Zimmer, mit eingebautem Schrank, großes Badezimmer. Die Lage ist top!! Super zentrale, erreichst alles sehr gut zu Fuß!
Die Wärme im Zimmer.. Obwohl es draußen regnerisch gewesen ist und frisch, war es in dem Zimmer super warm. Das Fenster ging leider auch nicht ganz auf, sodass man nicht wirklich lüften konnte. Da wir aber nur zum schlafen im Zimmer gewesen sind, war es ein eher kleines „Problemchen“.
