The rooms are awful
The other room next to us smoked
And through the bathroom vents with smell the cigarettes really really strong, despite the hotel

When we contacted the reception
About this twice they denied initially and didn't do anything to help

I was unable to shower due to the smell, after my second complaint they said they would try to help but eventually couldn't

Hotel aceptable y limpio con buena ubicación.
Pros:

El loft era cómodo y amplio. Buena ubiación, puedes andar a todos los sitios de interés de la ciudad. Aunque estuviese en una calle con restaurantes y bares, no se oía un ruido desde la habitación.

Cons:

Las escaleras de acceso a las habitaciones son muy empinadas y pequeñas. Una persona con movilidad reducida no podría acceder. Si dejas la ventana abierta por la noche, los mosquitos se ponen las botas.

Insgesamt waren wir sowohl vom Zimmer als auch vom Umgang mit unseren Beschwerden sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer entsprach

Die Lage war das einzige was uns gefallen hat.

Cons:

Wir hatten ursprünglich drei Nächte gebucht, sind jedoch bereits nach der ersten Nacht wieder abgereist, da wir mit dem Zimmer und insbesondere auch mit dem Umgang mit unseren Beschwerden überhaupt nicht zufrieden waren.

Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers kam der erste Schock: Direkt hinter der Zimmertür führte eine extrem steile Treppe nach oben, über die wir vorher nicht informiert wurden. Mit unseren schweren Koffern war das sehr unangenehm, und Unterstützung wurde uns leider keine angeboten.

Oben angekommen mussten wir feststellen, dass das Zimmer überhaupt nicht den Bildern entsprach, aufgrund derer wir bei Booking gebucht hatten. Das Zimmer hatte lediglich zwei sehr kleine Fenster und wirkte dadurch ganz anders als erwartet. Auch das Badezimmer/WC war deutlich kleiner als auf den Fotos dargestellt. Besonders unangenehm war der starke Geruch nach Kanalisation, der aus dem WC kam und die ganze Nacht über anhielt.

Bereits am ersten Abend haben wir diese Probleme an der Rezeption angesprochen und uns beschwert. Leider konnte oder wollte man uns keine Lösung anbieten. Am nächsten Tag haben wir die Probleme erneut an der Rezeption geschildert. Statt auf unsere Beschwerden einzugehen oder nach einer Lösung zu suchen, bekamen wir unserer Wahrnehmung nach lediglich immer wieder Ausreden zu hören. Wir hatten leider überhaupt nicht das Gefühl, dass unsere Beschwerden ernst genommen wurden.

The location is perfect.
The stairs were a challange but its expected.
The staff were very friendly, they were a good assist especially Roby. Helped us with the bags and directions.

Cons:

The tobacco smell in our room was pungent from the bathroom vent. That wasnt nice at all.

Great location: 5 min from Leidseplein, 10 form Rembrandtplein, 19 from Dam square.
Daily housekeeping.
Roby at the reception was very friendly and helped us with the suitcases

Die Zimmer sind nicht so wie beschrieben wir hatten die Luxus Zimmer gebucht das Zimmer hatte nicht mal einen Schrank wo man hätte Kleidung ablegen oder hängen können geschweige einen Spiegel es war auch sehr laut und hellhörig die Gardinen Liesen sich nich zuschieben drum war es sehr hell in der Nacht

Pros:

Karmel was really helpful and singlehandedly made our experience positive at the hotel. He was attentive to all our issues and also helped with the heavy bag while moving rooms and check out.

Cons:

Rooms don't look like the photos in the listing, not sure which rooms those are but we saw three double rooms and none were like that.
