Staff molto gentile e comunicativo, buon rapporto qualità prezzo, camera sufficientemente spaziosa per Parigi, ottima colazione, stazione metro vicinissima.
La zona non è delle più affascinanti di Parigi, ma è comunque tranquilla con alcuni bistrot raggiungibili a piedi.

J'ai apprécié la situation de l'établissement qui est très bien placé par rapport au Parc des expo, beaucoup de bars et restos aux alentours très appréciable ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très complet et excellent. Les différentes machines à café gratuites disponibles dans l'établissement sont vraiment un plus !
Le service au top ! Le personnel de la réception très serviable et pros : Kelyah, Yaroslav, Henry et Rauaheiarii (Stephanie), merci d'avoir rendu notre séjour si agréable !

On entend les allers et retours mais calme dans l'enseignement.
Chambre assez petite mais confortable et propre. L'hôtel était en rénovation. Personnel gentil.
Gostei muito da minha estadia neste hotel. A localização é excelente: há uma paragem de autocarro a poucos passos, com uma linha que leva diretamente à Torre Eiffel, e a estação de metro também fica muito perto.
Outro ponto positivo é a facilidade de encontrar tudo o que é necessário nas proximidades. Na mesma rua do hotel há um pequeno mercado, uma padaria, Subway e uma pizzaria, tudo muito acessível.
Gostei também da comodidade de ter café, chocolate quente, leite com café, chá e água fresca disponíveis gratuitamente. Os atendentes são muito simpáticos e prestativos, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais agradável.
Como único ponto negativo, destaco o banheiro do quarto em que fiquei. O box é muito pequeno e há uma pequena falha na vedação da porta, fazendo com que bastante água vaze para o chão durante o banho. É algo simples de resolver e, se for corrigido, será um grande diferencial.
No geral, adorei a estadia, fui muito bem atendida e certamente voltarei a me hospedar neste hotel. Recomendo!

La habitación amplia y las camas muy cómodas. Muy buena limpieza de la habitación y excelente atención. La ubicación muy bien, tiene autobuses cerca y metro. Tuve un incidente con una bolsa de ropa y se portaron de forma excelente.

El elevador muy pequeño, caben 2 personas y una maleta justo, me toco el piso 7 y no llega el elevador a ese piso
This hotel is in a prime location—less than a five-minute walk to the metro, with plenty of fantastic bakeries and restaurants nearby. The staff is wonderfully friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I loved the thoughtful perks, like free unlimited hot drinks (coffee, hot chocolate, etc.) and filtered water. The room was spotlessly clean with a comfortably firm mattress. I'm extremely pleased with my stay and highly recommend it!
