The location is very close to the Oslo train station and there are lots of shops nearby. The room is spacious and clean, and the bathroom is large. The beds are very comfortable and the staff are very welcoming. We really enjoy the convenience of staying in this hotel. It makes visiting Oslo super easy.
I wish there could be a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a microwave oven in the room. I guess we are kind of spoiled in the U.S! I also wish there could be laundry services on site despite that the hotel did offer laundry service in another sister hotel.
Walking distance from Oslo station and bus/tram stops. Room was big and comfy.
The room did not have a kettle however, hot water was available near the reception so it wasn’t so bad.
Very clean , fantastic staff especially front of house Nurin & Ginnta thank you for your attention to detail and help.
One huge plus about this hotel is there is fresh water in the taps so gorgeous to drink. There is a lovely communal area where you can eat and drink . You can bring your own food in or buy food from the fridge etc there. There is a lost luggage room to leave your luggage on check out. There is no charge for this. We had a fabulous stay and it’s a superb location. Thank you , I’d highly recommend this hotel .

Posizione davvero strategica sia per chi deve spostarsi in treno o usare la navetta per l aeroporto, sia per girare a piedi la città. Ho trovato il self check in davvero comodo e intuitivo ma ad ogni modo il personale al bar è sempre disponibile. Stanze di diverso genere ma ben pulite e seppur basic molto funzionali
Come segnalato da altre recensioni é in corso un cantiere dinanzi la struttura ma gli infissi proteggono dal rumore per cui noi non abbiamo avuto problemi. Al bar vi forniscono tappi per le orecchie
Det ligger godt og er fin pris.
Toilettet kunne ikke skylle ordentligt og knappen skulle holdes i bund til skyl er overstået.
Bruse armaturet har en defekt thermostat og vandet skifter heletiden imellem kold og varm, med mindre fejlen ligger på deres varm-vands forsyning, hvilket virker utænkeligt.
Vandlåsen i brusebadet var tilstoppet så hele gulvet blev fyldt med vand når man tager bad.
