Didn’t get what I paid for - very disappointing.

Paid extra for a balcony room (704) and the exterior blind covering the whole window was not working, the room was in darkness, (as it was, the room is painted dark grey) told staff about it on the first day I arrived and I was told it was a historical technical problem that needed to be repaired - not good enough.

Cons:

13.05.2026 tarihinde sabah 08:00 civarında yangın alarmı ile uyandık.Hatalı bir alarmdı.
Asıl sorun, yangın merdiveninin kapısı açılmıyordu.Odamız merdivenin yanındaydı(333 numara). Oda kartını okutmama rağmen kapı açılmadı.Gerçelten bir yangın olsa korkunç bir durumdu.

Pros:

Great location near Oslo S station (where you can travel to the Gardermoen airport). Friendly staff and very quick and easy self check-in and check-out, which took us less than 3 minutes (including payment). The room was very clean and the bathroom had heated floors. AC worked very well, we received 2 sets of towels and bedsheets. Great for a short city-break.

Cons:

The corridor smelled a little weird, but the inside of the room was OK. The shower door did not close fully and had a huge gap between the doors, so you can wet the entire bathroom. The view from the window was not great. The bed was a little small for 2 people and the mattress kept sliding.

Amina at the reception made it a great visit!
Pros:

The staff (Amina) did a really good job checking us in, even though we didn’t provide a name list for the group of 20 people in time. And her good humor and great attitude gave us - in addition to good balance between price and room quality - the impression of a well driven hotel, that we would love to revisit with a group anytime:)
