La ubicación.

Cons:

Dudas en la limpieza. Las sábanas nunca estaban estiradas y el jabón de ducha con el dosificador, estresante.

Très bien situé et agréable.
Pros:

Excellent emplacement à 300 m de la gare routière, proche du centre ville tout y est très bien.
C’est mon second séjour dans cet établissement.

Zweckmäßig
Pros:

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hof. Auf Anfrage bekamen wir dann auch eine Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück fanden wir knapp ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt an einer Straße, in die man eigentlich nicht hineinfahren darf. Das Parkhaus war extrem eng.

La atención del personal y la ubicación excepcional

Lo mejor la ubicación que está cerca de todo lo interesante y también bien comunicado con los servicios de trenes y buses.
También valoramos la amabilidad de la gente que trabaja en el hotel.

Cons:

La limpieza de los suelos, baños y habitaciones, la tele de la habitación muy mala ubicada en la pared.

El hotel estaba bien, podíamos llegar caminando a la zona concurrida

Cons:

Que se debe reservar la hora del desayuno el día antes. Vimos como le decían a una persona que no había reservado entonces debía buscar un desayuno fuera, eso no me ha agradado

Gute zentrale Lage, Parkmöglichkeiten direkt in der Tiefgarage des Hotels, 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof und 10 Minuten ins Zentrum.
Größe des Zimmers. Freundlichkeit des Personals am Empfang.

Cons:

Das Bad hätte sauberer sein können- Handtücher befleckt, Dusche teilweise schmutzig. Decken waren nicht bezogen, sondern nur mit Laken bedeckt.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación al estar al lado de la estación de Oviedo. Habitaciones adecuadas y personal 24h disponible.

Cons:

Hay mucho ruido en las habitaciones, las paredes no aíslan bien y eso dificulta el descanso. Se nota el hotel algo viejo, sobre todo en el baño. El trato del personal es mejorable, no fueron especialmente amables.
