Atendimento excelente!
Pros:

Atendimento mto bom. Chegamos num dia bem dificil para a cidade e o país -17/10- dia da grande manifestação. Não pudemos fazer passeios devido a aglomeração e violência dos manifestantes. No entanto, o pessoal do hotel deu-nos o suporte necessário, orientando-nos com relação aos fatos e dando-nos indicação de áreas que podíamos passear.

Bel hôtel, propre, bien situé, à recommander.

Cons:

Un manager a jugé utile de nettoyer les chaises avec un détergent très odorant alors que j'étais en train de prendre mon petit déjeuner. Il ne s'est jamais inquiété de ma présence (j'étais seul, à 7:00) !!

We had a great few days in Toulouse staying at this hotel.
Pros:

Pros:

chambre et salle de bain parfaite, certes chambre pas très grande mais parfaite pour le prix et une seule nuit

Great location and great bike storage and support
Pros:

Great staff, awesome bike storage area, great location.

Cons:

Super hot since they turned the air conditioner off at a system level so individual rooms could not be cooled. The open window did not help to cool the room. And it was a very busy street all night! Staff person was super nice and found us a fan which helped. We didn’t sleep much though! Room was also very small and difficult to walk around in.
