המיקום נוח, ממש ליד מסעדות, בתי קפה וכל העיר פרושה לפנייך. החדרים היו יותר ממה שציפיתי. ראשית, הנוף לכיכר רוסיו היה מקסים. שנית, למרות המיקום והרעש בחוץ, החדר היה שקט ונעים. המזגן היה חזק מאד, פינת הקפה והתה חמודה, קיבלנו גם פסטל דה נאטה כמחווה כשהגענו לחדר. השירותים והמקלחת היו נעימים מאד. ארוחת הבוקר היתה עשירה מאד ונעימה, עם מגוון טוב של פירות, וירקות, שזה לא מובן מאליו. האינטרנט היה חזק במיוחד וראוי לציון. והצוות היה אדיב, נעים ועוזר.

Loved the central location. Few minutes walk to Rossio Train Station and to Restaudores where the bus that goes to the airport stops. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. After my flight cancellation, I was able to book a room from the airport and have early check in, which was amazing given how distraught I had been. The young woman gave me an orientation of my room with a great view of Sao Jorge Castle. I had a welcome treat of the famous Portuguese egg tarts (mini sized). They even scheduled an airport transfer for me for 2:30am the following morning. Their windows were definitely sound proof so I could see all the activity outside my window but not hear it at night. Great water pressure in shower as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Localização perfeita, exatamente em frente à Praça do Rossio (Praça D. Pedro IV). Fiquei apenas duas noites, mas foi o suficiente para aproveitar alguns pontos turísticos de Lisboa, já que o hotel fica em um local estratégico.
O quarto não é muito espaçoso mas é confortável, além de ter um isolamento acústico maravilhoso. Enquanto estávamos lá, a seleção de Portugal ganhou um jogo da Copa do Mundo e mal ouvimos as comemorações que estavam acontecendo na rua! hahahah
Existe a opção de tomar café da manhã no próprio hotel, mas também existem cafeterias perto e uma Manteigaria na esquina.
A equipe foi muito prestativa e prepararam uma surpresa pra mim e pro meu marido já que estávamos em lua de mel, foi muito especial <3

Staff was outstanding. Joao and Ines are so friendly and accommodating and very professional in the way they run this hotel. All of the staff were terrific and made my daughter and me feel very welcome. The location was also really great. I loved that it was on Rossio Square and right next door to the Rossio train station for going to Sintra and near so many places we wanted to visit. Even this close to a busy area of town, the room was very quiet. Breakfast was also very good, and I loved that we had daily housekeeping. The A/C was nice and cold and the beds were comfy.
