Nothing much to like.

Cons:

The cleanliness could definitely be improved. During my stay, I found a dead cockroach in the room, and it was quite obvious that it had been there for some time, which was disappointing and raised concerns about the overall housekeeping standards.

In terms of facilities and services, the hotel seems to provide only the bare minimum. There are also some practical things that could be improved, such as the power outlets. Some plugs use the circular type while others use the standard Brunei plug, which can be confusing and inconvenient for guests.

Overall, there are quite a number of areas that need attention and improvement, particularly cleanliness, room maintenance, facilities, and consistency of service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards providing a more comfortable and well-maintained experience for future guests.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful and relaxing .
Pros:

The hotel complimentary breakfast was great.
Since we have kids, the hotel's playground and swimming pool were a great advantage and made our stay more enjoyable. Kids are now looking forward to go back there again.
