La amabilidad del personal, la tranquilidad de las instalaciones, la decoración y el estilo del hotel. por supuesto la ubicación fue perfecta para mis necesidades en este viaje.
En lo personal creo que hace falta una mesa en la habitación para poder trabajar o utilizar una laptop, también hace falta repisas en el baño de la habitación, no hay donde poner los artículos de higiene personal, por último hubo un poco de ruido en la mañana pues la habitación estaba muy cerca del restaurant y se escuchaba los ruidos del movimiento de los empleados moviendo mobiliario

Había una enorme cantidad de hormigas en la habitación, amanecimos con hormigas en la cama, en las maletas, y cuando informé a la recepción, me dijeron que era época de lluvias y que por eso había tantas hormigas. INCREIBLE.

Los alimentos estaban deliciosos. El café muy rico. El pan dulce de gran calidad y sabor. Mi desayuno y comida tenían un sabór especial. El servicio por parte del chef y de la mesera muy agradables.
El cuarto en el que me alojé tenía 2 goteras, una en la sala y otra cerca de los ventanales

La alberca debería tener caldera, regularmente el agua está fría. Estuve 3 días y solo el 1er dia nos dejaron jabón y shampoo.
