Estancia cómoda y buena atención.
Pros:

Habitación amplia, moderna y bien cuidada. La cama era grande y cómoda, el baño estaba limpio y el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. El balcón tiene buenas vistas y la ubicación es buena, cerca de la playa y la estación de trenes, y con todo tipo de servicios alrededor. Además, el trato de la chica de recepción fue muy amable. Una buena opción para alojarse, con desayuno incluido.

Petit-déjeuner en retard et problème de salle de bain
Pros:

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement de l'établissement, ainsi que les nombreuses possibilités de stationnement. Il est facile de se garer, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus pratique.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas prêt à l’heure annoncée. Nous avons dû attendre, et après plus de 30 minutes tout n’était toujours pas disponible. Nous avons dû partir avant que le buffet soit complet.

La salle de bain posait également un sérieux problème : de l’eau s’échappait de la douche et inondait le couloir extérieur. Le personnel a mis la faute sur notre position dans la douche, ce qui n’est pas correct. Il s’agit clairement d’un défaut de conception.

Malgré cela, aucun changement de chambre ne nous a été proposé.

En general todo bien, excepto el trato de una de las recepcionistas, cuyo nombre no tengo aún, nos mintió sobre uno de los servicios que le solicitamos alegando que no se podía disponer de él el dia que lo solicitamos ni al día siguiente, después resultó ser mentira porque nos lo procuró la mujer encargada de la limpieza de nuestra planta, la octava, habitación 818. Y el penúltimo día, es decir, hoy, nos reclamó una noche pendiente que he añadido el primer día por despiste a la hora de reservar, ya que el vuelo lo tengo para el 30, la reclamación la hizo de mala manera a viva voz delante de dos personas más desconocidas para nosotros, sin mediar saludo alguno, con la mala educación de alguien que no merece estar en in puesto de atención al público. A la salida, que será mañana, haré las reclamaciones pertinentes con todos los detalles.

Queja por falta de atención al cliente

La habitación estaba muy cómoda tiene buen material,

Cons:

el personal no es profesional al entrar encontramos la habitación llena de polvo no estába fregada, había un trozo de jabon de huéspedes anteriores ,y en toda nuestra estancia no había ni gel de ducha ni shampoo ,y lo hemos pedido dos o tres veces y no se an tomado el esfuerzo de traerlo esto es una queja bastante grabe por falta de atención y limpieza indebida.
