Convenient & good nights sleep
Pros:

Great location in walking distance to Speicherstadt and Hbf. Friendly reception staff. Slept amazingly well with window closed and AC on, it was really quiet and comfortable and I’m usually not a fan of AC at night. Efficient and clean rooms, good mattress, large shower.

Cons:

While the breakfast selection was honestly amazing, so much yummy food and wide variety, it was overly crowded on the weekend at peak hours, so a system of max people per time slot would be helpful. Everyone was annoyed because it was so crowded and staff tried their very best to keep people’s mood up and the crowd at ease.
Location right next to huge 10 lane street so sleeping with window open not an option but AC works well and we slept superb.

Das Personal an der Bar war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer, haben wir hinterher erfahren oder hat man uns zumindest gesagt, als wir uns beschwerten, war nicht fertig und daher nicht wirklich sauber.

Schoking experience of male staff coming into room
Cons:

Very rude and unfriendly reception staff. Cleaning GUYS (males) come into your room early morning while you sleep even with clear sign on the door "do not disturb". It's very disturbing and inappropriate. Shocking experience

Overall absolutely lovely stay
Pros:

It had a very homely feeling to it. Lovely staff and people creating and relaxed energy. Rooms we very well laid out and clean.

Cons:

No fridge or kettle in room, Phone did not work in the room
