We have two visits over two weekends. First one was fine and all staff excellent.
On our second visit the receptionist was very rude on checkout. Also a bag got left at the hotel. We called on the Saturday and Sunday and was told someone would get back to us. No one did so on Monday when we called we were told it had been thrown away. This bag belonged to a 9 year old and had her Easter gifts inside. Whoever found it knew it wasn’t rubbish.

- food was poor
- not a 5 star hotel ( close to a 3 star but maybe even less)
- rooms were old and need a lot of renovation.

Our room was definitely not 5star bathroom door
Frame majorly out of line and so big gaps in the walls…but this didn’t effect our 2 night stay

Hotel has a potential but unfortunately not well maintained. Especially if you consider that is a five star hotel.
We were next housekeeping room and staff was very noisy during the day time
Kényelmes nagy szálloda. Saját parkolóval,vízparti,napágyakkal,napernyővel. Jól felszerelt szobák. Finom , bőséges választékkal a reggeli és vacsora. Tiszta partszakasz és tenger. Kedves segítőkész személyzet.
Vacsorára nem engedtek be rövid nadrágban. Ez számomra érthetetlen volt. Sokszor jártam itt de még így nem jártam.
