It was OK not great
Pros:

Nice beach and pool

Cons:

The food was below average not good enough for a five astar hotel .the bed was not comfortable as it had a spring mattress and you could feel the springs popping out.

Great Location, Comfortable Stay, but Some Areas Could Improve
Pros:

The cleanliness and the comfort of the beds are excellent. The sun loungers on the grass in the outdoor area are especially wonderful, and being right next to the beach is fantastic. The hotel's location, with bars and restaurants just steps away, is excellent.

Cons:

There was a lack of activities, although this may have been due to the time of year when we stayed. Some of the chairs and sofas around the bar area, particularly in the section where the evening live music performances take place, were uncomfortable.

Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετική, καθώς βρίσκεται στο κέντρο και ακριβώς μπροστά στη θάλασσα.

Cons:

Το ξενοδοχείο χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση, καθώς το δωμάτιο παρουσίαζε φθορές (το κομοδίνο είχε σπασμένο πόδι). Επίσης, το φαγητό χρειάζεται βελτίωση σε ποιότητα και ποικιλία.
Όσον αφορά την καθαριότητα, την πρώτη φορά δεν άφησαν καθόλου πετσέτες στο δωμάτιο. Μετά από επικοινωνία έφεραν μόνο δύο, παρόλο που ήμασταν τρία άτομα. Χρειάστηκαν τρεις συνολικά επικοινωνίες μέχρι να μας φέρουν όλες τις πετσέτες και το χαλάκι μπάνιου.

Το ξενοδοχείο έπρεπε να είναι 3 αστέρωω αντί 5. Το μόνο καλό που υπάρχει είναι η τοποθεσία.
Pros:

Μόνο η τοποθεσία είναι καλή. Κοντά στην θάλασσα.

Cons:

Πληρώσαμε all inclusive. Δεν περιλάμβανε μέσα καφέ απο την πισίνα. Τα φαγητά ήταν άθλια με ελάχιστες επιλογές. Το βραδινό είχε μόνο Ινδιάνικα φαγητό και spicy χωρις να υπάρχει καμία άλλη επιλογή. Ο νυπτήρας ήταν σταλωμένος, η τηλεόραση χαλασμένη. Τα κρεβατάκια στην πισίνα ήταν αρκετά χαλασμένα και οι ομπρέλες με δυσκολία άνοιγαν. Παρκάραμε στο υπόγειο parking και για να ανεβούμε απο τα σκαλιά στην είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου έπρεπε να πατάμε σε πέτρες γιατί υπήρχαν σταλωμένα νερά.
