Der Weg zum Strand , Essen top

Cons:

Sauberkeit es wurde nur die Badetücher getauscht keine Reinigung in der ganze Woche ,das Badezimmer schaut katastrophal fast alle Kellner unfreundlich

Τίποτα εκτός από την αναμενόμενη πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.

Cons:

Ντρέπομαι ως κύπριος που ενώ δηλώνουν τόσα αστέρια προς τους τουρίστες μας, όλοι οι επισκέπτες αντιμετωπίζουν τέτοια κοροϊδία.

Αν έλεγαν 2-3 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο, θα ήταν απλά οκ.

A lovely and relaxing family break, but the quality and choice of food—especially for children—need

We had a very pleasant and relaxing break overall. The hotel is in a lovely location, and we enjoyed spending time together as a family.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the quality and variety of the food did not meet our expectations, particularly for a hotel of this standard. There were also very limited options suitable for children, which meant we ended up eating outside the hotel on most evenings despite having booked an all-inclusive stay.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με καταπληκτική θέα από τα δωμάτια που είχαν οπτική επαφή με τη θάλασσα. Η παραλία είναι οργανωμένη, καθαρή και περιποιημένη. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και διέθετε πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση, ενώ η επιλογή του all inclusive προσέφερε μεγάλη ποικιλία σε φαγητό, ποτά και snacks.

Cons:

Η υπηρεσία καθαριότητας εκπλήρωνε τα καθήκοντα της κατά τις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας, γεγονός που δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα βολικό, ειδικά για οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά που εκείνη την ώρα ξεκουράζονταν.
Ακόμη και για την παράδοση του δώρου φιλοφρόνησης από πλευράς του ξενοδοχείου, η επίσκεψη στο δωμάτιο πραγματοποιήθηκε κατά τη μεσημβρινή ώρα. Ένας υπάλληλος χτύπησε την πόρτα του δωματίου και εφόσον δεν πήρε απάντηση, άνοιξε την πόρτα και μπήκε μέσα.
Επομένως, είναι καλύτερο να υπάρχει περισσότερος σεβασμός κατά τις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας και περισσότερη οργάνωση για τις υπηρεσίες καθαριότητας.

A beautiful location that unfortunately did not compensate for the disappointing food, poor-quality All Inclusive drinks

The hotel has an excellent location directly by the beach, with beautiful sea views and easy access to the centre of Protaras. The location is definitely one of the strongest points of the property.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our biggest disappointment was the food and our concerns regarding food safety. During our 16-night stay, we experienced serious gastrointestinal problems, which made us uncomfortable continuing to eat at the hotel. After what happened, we lost confidence in the food and eventually preferred to eat elsewhere despite having booked an All Inclusive stay.

Another very disappointing aspect was the quality of the drinks. For a 5-star All Inclusive hotel, we found it unacceptable that we could not get proper freshly brewed coffee made from coffee beans. The coffee available to us was made from instant/powder-based products. In general, many of the drinks seemed to be prepared from powders or concentrates rather than fresh, good-quality ingredients. This is simply not the standard we expected from a property advertised as five-star.

What disappointed us even more was how our concerns were handled. For a hotel of this category, we expected considerably higher standards regarding food quality, hygiene, drinks and the response to guests raising food-safety concerns.

I cannot medically confirm what caused our gastrointestinal symptoms, so I am not claiming that the hotel food was definitively responsible. However, the experience was serious enough to significantly affect our holiday and our confidence in eating at the property.
