Pros:

The breakfast is good but the lunch and the dinner was very bad

Cons:

The room was no cleaning very good and The water from the sink would splash outside because the faucet was too short and too low. Overall, the bathroom felt outdated for a five-star hotel. I would definitely rate it as more of a three-star hotel in terms of the bathroom.

Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location right on the beachfront and is within walking distance of the center of Protaras. The pool area is also very nice, making it a great place to relax. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Cons:

On the downside, the food quality could be improved, and the older rooms are in need of renovation.

Molto rilassante e idonea a una buona vacanza al mare vista la posizione( ottima…!!!) dell’albergo

Cons:

Albergo che potrebbe corrispondere a un 5 stelle se avesse il bagno piu Idoneo e i materassi migliori e il cambio biancheria piu adeguato

Amazing location,good food, overall good stay
Pros:

The location is prime.both for beach and main street.
The food was very good and veriable.
The view from side sea view room 326 was. a m a z i n g

Very good nutritius food not only frid stuff like its usually in cyprus. Very good food.

Very big room huge like!!

Cons:

The all inclusive had no healthy choice at the bar no chicken breast nor a greek salad so i had to go in the dining room for lunch.

Only one kind of icecream and was banana ...

No snacks at all,we always get in other places popcorn,crisps and such here there were none,ot even an option to buy.
Not enough entertament for high season 5 star.
The cleaning lady was insane and enter when we were sleeping or naked and instead of saying sorry and get out stood and talked to us and did not agree to get out even though we told her to get out!!!! It happened every day a few times!!!!!!
Kids club not satisfying for a 5 star hotel.

Pros:

Very nice beach and the hotel is ok for the price

Cons:

The cooking quality and general food needs some improvement. Also, I saw they clean the silver pots with warm food with some chemicals, spraying while food inside.

not bad but not a 5 star hotel for sure!
Pros:

The hotel is big , nice beach-front, nice food

Cons:

Not all the staff are friendly, some on the receptionists and waiters are rude bathrooms and other details are too old.
