Important information:

The spa facilities and services are available at an additional cost. Children under the age of 16 years will not be able to use the SPA and Gym, for safety reasons.

Parking, upon request and at an extra cost, is available at the hotel's garage or at a nearby public paid parking located 150 metres from the hotel's entrance. From October to May special discount rates for the parking are applied.

Pool towels are available free of charge at the SPA's reception upon an refundable deposit.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated and covered from November to April and is free of charge all year round.

Please note that during the Summer Music Festivals (June and July) the following applies: 250 Euros breakage deposit per room is requested at arrival; guests are requested to use hotel wristbands for identification; non hotel guests, visitors are not allowed at the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The hotel is lovely, the staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The breakfasts were good with a lot of choice.
I didn’t like Praia do Rocha but the beach was lovely.

Cons:

The area was extremely busy and noisy the rooms however are very sound proofed and comfortable.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
Pros:

Wir haben ein Zimmer Upgrade bekommen, daher hat das Zimmer unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Insbesondere die Aussicht aus dem 8. Stock zum Meer! Wir haben nur mit Frühstück gebucht, haben aber das Buffet am Abend genutzt da wir von vorherigen Aufenthalten bereits wussten, dass abwechslungsreich und sehr gut gekocht wird. Das Buffet am Abend all you can eat inkl. Getränke unter 60€ für 2 Personen unschlagbar. Ausserdem scheint der Speisesaal und der Fitnessraum renoviert worden zu sein bzw. es hatte neue Geräte.
Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!

Small pool. Not enough sun beds and our small group were given 3 rooms, not one had a balcony. Nowhere to share a coffee with our friends.
