Important information:

The spa facilities and services are available at an additional cost. Children under the age of 16 years will not be able to use the SPA and Gym, for safety reasons.

Parking, upon request and at an extra cost, is available at the hotel's garage or at a nearby public paid parking located 150 metres from the hotel's entrance. From October to May special discount rates for the parking are applied.

Please note that half board (breakfast and dinner) includes a selection of drinks served during dinner (water, white or red wine, draft beer, soft drinks) and full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) includes a selection of drinks served during lunch and dinner (water, white or red wine, draft beer, soft drinks)

Pool towels are available free of charge at the SPA's reception upon an refundable deposit.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated and covered from November to April and is free of charge all year round.

Please note that guests that require an invoice in non-refundable reservations, must inform the VAT number, name and address at the time of the reservation using the Special Request box. If this information is not provided, the information cannot be added later.

Please note that during the Summer Music Festivals (June and July) the following applies: 250 Euros breakage deposit per room is requested at arrival; guests are requested to use hotel wristbands for identification; non hotel guests, visitors are not allowed at the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Great Value for money!
Pros:

My wife and I decided to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary here, although the lobby area was rather hot, the hotel is Air Conditioned.
We had a problem with our AC unit in the room; however, an engineer came within 20mins, spent 2hrs fixing it. Nevertheless, he fixed it so a Big Thankyou from room 703 arrived on 31May 206.
A Big hug to housekeeping especially to Moniguee, we left a small tip for her at the reception.
Great value for our Half board including all alcoholic drinks! The hotel was kept clean.
We had a front view, so the noise level was loud especially when there was an event in the evening by the pool. Then the late-night party people followed by the Dustman changing the bins every morning at 6am.
Best to take a back room if you don't want too noise in the evening. Lots of restaurants and shops by the hotel.
The catering team really struggled for staff and clearly had issues. Same staff all day most days. Nevertheless, they did such an amazing job! Any vacancies?
Most disappointing was the lack of excursions provided from the hotel, until our very last day when they were available !
Finally the reception staff rather non communicative, not saying hello, when you pass them in and out of the hotel. Thank you again Jupiter Algarve Hotel.

Uma estadia excelente, com conforto, simpatia e uma localização perfeita.
Pros:

O que mais gostei na minha estadia foi a simpatia do staff, a excelente qualidade da alimentação e o conforto do quarto. Destaco ainda o upgrade para uma suite, que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial, e a proximidade da praia, que permitiu aproveitar ao máximo a envolvência.

We enjoyed our stay even though we only got to lounge at the pool for half a day,
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent a great selection of delicious food and beverage.

Cons:

Managing the pool lounge chair was very poor I know it the poor manners of the guests. However, I do think the hotel should evaluate the situation and not allow guests to take possession of the lounges for a long time without use them or consideration for other guests.

Pros:

해변과 아주 가깝고 바다전망이 이주 훌륭함. 조식도 괜찮고 무엇보다 일반 마트에나 있는 오렌지 착즙기가 있어서 신선한 오렌지 주스를 마실 수 있다는것. 또한 직원들이 정말 친절했음.

Cons:

욕실의 시설이 너무 낡았고 방음시설이 되어 있다고는 허지만 실제론 거의 안된다고 봐야함. 특히 발코니에 있는 플라스틱 의자 끌 때 나는 소리가 너무 크고 새벽6시부터 쓰레기 차에서 나는 소리가 너무 시끄러워서 잠에서 깼고 에어컨 돌아가는 소리도 너무 커서 잠자는데 방해가 될 정도였음.

Pros:

Très belle chambre spacieuse et très bien éclairée

Cons:

Pas très accueillant
Personnel parlant français, une seule et encore pas présente toute la journée.
Petit déjeuner varié certes mais de qualité très moyenne,les plats soit disant chauds sont à peine tièdes, les fruits insipides,les viennoiseries pas très fraîches etc..
Le ménage des chambres rarement effectué avant 16 H, pour un séjour de 10 nuits une seule fois réalise à un horaire correct.
Très déçu ,nous n'y retournerons pas.
Avons passé il y a 4 ans un séjour à Jupiter Marina aucune comparaison .
