Important information:

The spa facilities and services are available at an additional cost. Children under the age of 16 years will not be able to use the SPA and Gym, for safety reasons.

Parking, upon request and at an extra cost, is available at the hotel's garage or at a nearby public paid parking located 150 metres from the hotel's entrance. From October to May special discount rates for the parking are applied.

Please note that half board (breakfast and dinner) includes a selection of drinks served during dinner (water, white or red wine, draft beer, soft drinks) and full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) includes a selection of drinks served during lunch and dinner (water, white or red wine, draft beer, soft drinks)

Pool towels are available free of charge at the SPA's reception upon an refundable deposit.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated and covered from November to April and is free of charge all year round.

Please note that guests that require an invoice in non-refundable reservations, must inform the VAT number, name and address at the time of the reservation using the Special Request box. If this information is not provided, the information cannot be added later.

Please note that during the Summer Music Festivals (June and July) the following applies: 250 Euros breakage deposit per room is requested at arrival; guests are requested to use hotel wristbands for identification; non hotel guests, visitors are not allowed at the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It was over priced but over all theres very little to complain about durring the stay

Proximity to the main strip and beach is perfect!

Cons:

Pool table is paid per hour, and the cues are all warped and funny sizes. After paying so much for a room, pool table should be kept up better and included in the price.

Pros:

Location is in the middle of the main strip across the road from beach.7th floor sea view had a lovely view obviously (there are 8 floors)Breakfast had everything you'd want was very nice.Lunch was nice I recommend the chicken wraps and sweet potato fries which you can order separately as most snacks come with crisps as is the norm. Cafe frappes amazing.Room cleaned every day,all staff very friendly. Great for families and couples of all ages I would say.Fridge was stocked with snacks and drinks that come with a reasonable charge and replaced daily as are the coffee pods...excellent.Sliding door to balcony very good soundproofing though we were up high.2 lifts available usually busy with a short enough wait time.
