Important information:

The spa facilities and services are available at an additional cost. Children under the age of 16 years will not be able to use the SPA and Gym, for safety reasons.

Parking, upon request and at an extra cost, is available at the hotel's garage or at a nearby public paid parking located 150 metres from the hotel's entrance. From October to May special discount rates for the parking are applied.

Pool towels are available free of charge at the SPA's reception upon an refundable deposit.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated and covered from November to April and is free of charge all year round.

Please note that guests that require an invoice in non-refundable reservations, must inform the VAT number, name and address at the time of the reservation using the Special Request box. If this information is not provided, the information cannot be added later.

Please note that during the Summer Music Festivals (June and July) the following applies: 250 Euros breakage deposit per room is requested at arrival; guests are requested to use hotel wristbands for identification; non hotel guests, visitors are not allowed at the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Chambre simple mais fonctionnelle et calme. La piscine est super. Beaucoup de transat tres confortable et surtout abritée du vent. Super bien situé sur la route principale en bord de mer. Salle de fit bien équipée.

Cons:

Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner mais très dommage que la qualité ne soit pas toujours au rendez vous. Hôtel spa, mais il faut payer un supplément pour la piscine spa, c est dommage. De grosses attentes aux ascenseurs aux heures de pointe.

Must stay while in Portimao.
Pros:

The location is perfect, the staff is outstanding. Gina in the lobby bar is awesome. The ocean view rooms are fabulous. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, complete with mimosas.

Segunda vez hospedada neste hotel , desta vez numa suite familiar , todo o hotel é fantástico, a comida é excelente de boa qualidade e variada oferta tanto em alta temporada de verão ou inverno , estimam o cliente , de referir um cartão de boas vindas por ter regressado ao hotel com Bombons de boas vindas , bem acessível para pessoas com deficiência ou idosos ,

Für Badeferien sehr geeignet. 3 Nächte reichen für einen guten Strandurlaub aus. Zimmer sehr schön und geräumig, im 7 Stock wunderbare Aussicht. Etwas laut in der Nacht. Freundliches Personal. Hervorragendes Morgenbuffet. Nähe zu Benagil-Höhlen. Parkplatz gegen Aufpreis vorhanden.

Cons:

Etwas harte Betten. Liftsituation, teilweise lange Wartezeiten. Für Massagetermin muss 4-5 Tage im voraus gebucht werden (September).

Emplacement de l'hôtel

Cons:

Le service spa : pas moyen d'avoir un massage en duo, car ils ne le font pas. De plus, ils font payer la partie de billard.
Ne pas avoir de machine à café dans la chambre, seulement une bouilloire et du café soluble.
L'accueil du bar pas très agréable
