Important information:

The spa facilities and services are available at an additional cost. Children under the age of 16 years will not be able to use the SPA and Gym, for safety reasons.

Parking, upon request and at an extra cost, is available at the hotel's garage or at a nearby public paid parking located 150 metres from the hotel's entrance. From October to May special discount rates for the parking are applied.

Pool towels are available free of charge at the SPA's reception upon an refundable deposit.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated and covered from November to April and is free of charge all year round.

Pros:

Staff were very nice. Hotel was immaculate and breakfast good. Also in perfect location

Pros:

Très belle chambre spacieuse et très bien éclairée

Cons:

Pas très accueillant
Personnel parlant français, une seule et encore pas présente toute la journée.
Petit déjeuner varié certes mais de qualité très moyenne,les plats soit disant chauds sont à peine tièdes, les fruits insipides,les viennoiseries pas très fraîches etc..
Le ménage des chambres rarement effectué avant 16 H, pour un séjour de 10 nuits une seule fois réalise à un horaire correct.
Très déçu ,nous n'y retournerons pas.
Avons passé il y a 4 ans un séjour à Jupiter Marina aucune comparaison .

Amazing week in Jupiter Algarve
Pros:

Great hotel in a nice area with great access to the beach. Friendly attitude from all staff always happy to help. Relaxed pool area, bar service friendly and food from bar during day is very high standard. The rooms are spacious and clean with cleaners coming in each day to refresh towels and make sure room is clean. We enjoyed our week in the algarve and hope to return again.

Pros:

Really friendly helpful staff. Highly rated. Spotlessly clean. Well managed and excellent spa facilities. Rooms decorated to high standard. A side sea view with spacious balcony also has views of the river and marina on other side. Breakfast caters for most and sets you up for the day. Really enjoyable stay and relaxed atmosphere. Would stay again if visiting Prai da Rocha. The local restaurants were not great so would recommend doing some research beforehand. I didn’t have dinner in the hotel so could not comment. Maybe I should have.

Great hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel everywhere was spotless. The rooms were very clean and comfy great view of the sea from balcony, we had a side room which was great, breakfast was good and food was hot. You could always get a sun lounger even though it is a small pool/area. Would definitely return here.

Great hotel same about the beach
Pros:

SUPER HOTEL really a nice clean hotel with good standards ,food and drink very good staff friendly
The only negative we had was the area seems a bit run down from our last visit and beach looks horrid now with huge black pipe running right across beach full length so when rent a lounger your view is this horrible pipe
