The spa facilities and services are available at an additional cost. Children under the age of 16 years will not be able to use the SPA and Gym, for safety reasons.
Parking, upon request and at an extra cost, is available at the hotel's garage or at a nearby public paid parking located 150 metres from the hotel's entrance. From October to May special discount rates for the parking are applied.

Pool towels are available free of charge at the SPA's reception upon an refundable deposit.
The outdoor swimming pool is heated and covered from November to April and is free of charge all year round.
Please note that guests that require an invoice in non-refundable reservations, must inform the VAT number, name and address at the time of the reservation using the Special Request box. If this information is not provided, the information cannot be added later.
Please note that during the Summer Music Festivals (June and July) the following applies: 250 Euros breakage deposit per room is requested at arrival; guests are requested to use hotel wristbands for identification; non hotel guests, visitors are not allowed at the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The room was big and the beds comfortable. The sea view was actually a proper sea view from our room. It's a short walk to the beach which is very big and the pool is a good size - there were always beds or chairs available. Cleaning staff are very good as are the restaurant staff. Breakfast has a very good range and there were always lots of tables available.
Restaurant food at tea could be a bit dry. I don't care for music in a hotel environment and it goes on late some nights, which has meant the review is an 8 and not a 9. Smoking and vaping seemingly allowed around the pool.

The property was located in the perfect spot. Close to the beach, restaurants and live music. It was easy to get around and catch transportation . Breakfast was good

I noticed welcoming attitude, refreshment at the disposal in the entrance hall.
The best advantage I appreciated was the location near a beautiful beach La Rocha.
I liked excellent restaurant especially the buffet.
Cosy outdoor pool was easy to enjoy.
Just a detail, the wall decoration in the room was a shiny large sticker.
Adorei toda a minha estadia no Júpiter Algarve Hotel. Dou pontuação máxima, pois destaco toda a simpatia de todos os funcionários, desde a recepção, até aos funcionários de limpeza, e principalmente toda a equipa da área do restaurante, no pequeno almoço e jantar. São excelentes na forma como recebem, estão sempre muito atentos a tudo o que precisamos ou nas suas funções de recolha, sempre com uma simpatia extraordinária, sorriso acolhedor e discrição impecáveis. Muito obrigada pelo trabalho excelente que realizam diariamente. A variadade de comida e pratos diários estão de parabéns e o preço muito bom, sendo que podesse comer de tudo, as vezes que apetecer e quantidade que desejar mos.Para além da confecção da comida, que esteve sempre uma delícia.( Destaco um arroz corvina, que estava uma delícia, parabéns ao cozinheiro), quero mencionar também a excelente opção de Music Live no Bar. Obrigada. Recomendo muito a escolha deste Hotel.E até breve, com certeza voltarei.
