No me gustó q entraron a mi cuarto se llevaron mis insumos de baño q todavía no los ocupaba antes de irme eso es una falta de respeto y privacidad y otra no había ventilador ni nada mal en ese aspecto ahora sí me trataron mal siendo cliente frecuente con esta van 4 veces q me ospedo y no había tenido esto

La habitación estaba asquerosa la regadera llena de moho , mal hecha , la cama olía a humedad
El señor de vigilancia súper grosero se le hizo una pregunta si tenía wc en el lobby y sse puso a decir que teníamos que prever todo eso pero gritando , no pienso volver todo se ve viejo y sucio

Excelente lugar y gran ubicación
Pros:

Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos ahí, nos encanta el servicio, la atención, la ubicación, la tranquilidad y comodidad. Además, lo elijo porque está en el centro histórico y de las atracciones culturales. Ideal para caminar a toda hora.
