very good experience
Pros:

spent one night here, one of the cheapest options in tromsø and right in the city centre, so it was an easy decision. my flight ended up delayed by about two hours and i was genuinely worried about arriving after midnight and finding nobody around, so i messaged ahead. they replied immediately and reassured me the place is always open, which was exactly what i needed to hear after a long travel day.

arrived around 11.30pm, check in was smooth and effortless. the room was small but incredibly cosy, and the bed was genuinely one of the most comfortable i slept in on the trip. was out within minutes, which after everything was the greatest luxury imaginable. shower and toilet were great too.

a few things i appreciated: there is a bag for clothes you no longer need, which as someone who has thrown away perfectly good items while travelling before, is a thoughtful touch. also used the storage room for my backpack after checkout, though i will admit i spent the day mildly anxious after reading some reviews mentioning theft. everything was fine when i came back, but i would avoid leaving anything valuable in there just to be safe.

overall a great little place for the price. would absolutely return if i find myself in tromsø again.

Pokoj byl velmi malý, to by jeste tak nevadilo, byli jsme jen na jednu noc, ale velmi mala byla i postel pro 2 lidi.

Clean room with good quality bed and pillow. Full amenities (towels, linen etc.) with ensuite WC and shower. Green policy applied. Within easy walking distance for central and famous sights of the main city while in a quite area of the city although central one. Variety of cafes, mini-shops/food stores and restaurants/bars close by. Reception works also as mini-convenience shop/bar/cafe. Max 5mins walk, depending on pace, from public bus stations leading to the airport. Generally good value for money among other options, a quality choice although central area of the city! The management team is quite hospitable, has everything planned and serviced inside the facility, as well as kind and prompt to reply, so feel free to ask anything.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at the Comfort Hotel Xpress Tromsø. The hotel was very clean and located right in the city center, which made it easy to explore everything on foot.

The price-to-value was very good. The staff were also very friendly, and the young man at the reception in particular was very helpful.

Overall, a modern, clean, and well-located hotel that offers great value for a city stay in Tromsø.

Cons:

Public parking garage charges 40€ for 24 hours. Obviously, this is not the hotel’s fault, just something to be aware of when arriving by car.

Det var ikke frokost. Og jeg har sendt inn en klage som jeg ikke får svar på! Har delt de opplysningene dere trengte for å behandle klagen. Ba om kompensasjon for et svært dårlig opphold, som er begrunnet i tidligere mail.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, sauber und an der Ausstattung nichts zu meckern.

Cons:

Meine Freude hat getrübt, dass ich 24 Grad in meinem Zimmer hatte und sich das Fenster nicht mehr als ein Spalt öffnen lies, auch nicht mit dem Fensterschlüssel der Rezeption. So konnte ich schlecht schlafen.
