少し古い感じはありますが、全体的に綺麗にされていて清潔感あってよかったです、またスタッフさんも親切な方が多いイメージです。

Cons:

今回の宿泊がコネクションルームになっていて隣の部屋の方の喋り声がかなり聞こえたのが残念でした。

Cons:

In the front desk the guy with the glasses who claims to be a manager was extremely arrogant and rude. Customer satisfaction is not their priority. Low quality customer service, I would never stay there again.

A cute place don’t know if I would return though

It was a cute hotel only downside about it is that there was no fridge

Cons:

There was no fridge and the room was really small for the pricing. There was like no space between the bathroom and the bed. It was just very close together and when we got there at the carpet was very wet for some reason.

Overall I had the best time especially for the Ariana grande Concert. The hotel was just 5-10 min away from crypto arena

It was very elegant but still welcoming , all staff members were nice and accommodating. Overall great experience and will come back to stay again !

Cons:

For the pool area hopefully for next time there is someone to help us order drinks and food by the pool area. The QR code menu wasn’t available us to order a bite online.

Great stay
Pros:

We went to a show at the Crypto Arena so the location was perfect for us. All of the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the restaurant downstairs.
