Restaurants and wait staff were great

Cons:

Houskeeping knocked on the door each morning at 8 am. Seems a bit early to be requesting to clean the room. The morning of checkout, after housekeeping knocked, another employee knocked and asked when we were leaving. It was 9:00 am and checkout was 11:00. Seemed a bit rushed to get us out.

Excellent hotel, great experience overall
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the JW in Austin, TX. The service was excellent and the hotel was great. We are definitely staying again. Everything was centrally located and walking distance.
