Wonderful Hotel, great service.
Pros:

My partner and I were lucky enough to stay at the JW Marriott in Austin recently, with all the team members we interacted with, doing an incredible job and a real highlight of our stay and a huge credit to JW Marriott. Two of the leaders who helped us, Ethan and Ryan, demonstrated a very level of service and did there very best to make our stay a brilliant experience. Thank you again, we will be back and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a exceptional place to stay in Austin.

The JW Brand does not deliver—go to a basic Marriott
Pros:

JW is a basic Marriott. There is no reason to pay more to stay in the hotel. My room did not have basic glassware or water that is standard with my bonvoy status. No mini bars and inconsistent cleaning/turn down or whatever they decide that day.

Buena experiencia como siempre!
Pros:

Habitación muy comoda, baño limpio. Siempre con suficiente toallas, gracias! Personal muy amable y atento, colaborador a nuestras necesidades. Los restaurantes deliciosos! Marriott siempre 100%!

Cons:

Nos quedó la puerta abierta luego de una limpieza. Pero los señores del front desk tomaron nota y hasta nos dieron un cupón.
La cafetera necesita una limpieza por dentro.
Uno de los edredones estaba bien vacío, no calentaba mucho.

Consistent. Great spot.
Pros:

The JW is consistently excellent. It’s a huge hotel, so expect a lot of people around (full pool, restaurants, bar).
The rooms are nice, service is great, pretty good value for the price.
The executive lounge is a nice perk. Good breakfast options and a great quiet place to grab a snack, water, soda, etc.
you can’t go wrong here if you are looking to stay in Austin. Location can’t be beat either.

The Right Choice
Pros:

Zuly @ front reception has gone above and beyond to make my stay here pleasant and stress-free.
Exec lounge is thoroughly stocked throughout the day, the gym has plenty of machine equips and the pool is aesthetic with a view. Your titanium status does not go unacknowledged. Will return again this month due to great experience

Such an amazing hotel with the best people.
Pros:

Not only they deliver for every customer's need they do it with absolute professionalism and generosity. What wins you over, it is not only the cleanliness, the services, the facilities e.t.c., but the amazing personnel. From the valets, the reseption, the bar, the concierge, the oeople at the mini market... Excellent, bravo!
The room was modern and functional, the mattress was firm enough( we've had a fantastic sleep quality), the bathroom was fine too.
The bar at the lobby was lively and fun.
Location is top, safe and in the middle of everything.

Pros:

Excellent hotel. Perfect City location coupled with fantastic service.
Large, modern rooms with comfortable beds and upscale amenities. Izak at concierge was truly professional and very client-oriented. Thank you for your persistence regarding our laundry request!
Gym is amazing-in fact, world class. Loved the aromatic cold towels and cleanliness.
Pool service was consistent and friendly.
Housekeeping was sporadic and certainly let this hospitality team down. Room cleaning and the turn down service is a disappointing hit and miss.
