Pros:

The breakfast was a very good set up. Our studio room exceeded our expectations. Airport transfer to hotel was very quick arriving to Apo/to hotel.

Cons:

Our bed sheet had a small torn on the right side. Couldn't understand how housekeeping missed that when preparing the bed prior to arrival. But the bed was clean so it did not mattwr much.

Me encantó! Lo volvería a reservar sin dudas.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación para ir al puerto Evergaldes. La habitación fue muy cómoda, con una pequeña cocina con todo equipado por su quieres comer dentro. Colchón cómodo... todo genial! Para quienes le interese, queda cerca de la estación de trenes, del aeropuerto y del puerto.

Cons:

El día de salida de cruceros, el hotel estaba más lleno que de costumbre y no se repusieron algunas cosas en el desayuno, como por ejemplo la fruta. Sólo eso.

Ok place to stay for one, maybe 2 nights.
Pros:

The staff was incredible! Very nice and willing to assist whenever needed.

Cons:

the beds were not comfortable at all (woke up stiff and sore) and the breakfast was not Residence Inn standards previously experienced at other properties.

Hotel okay - Shuttle is terrible
Pros:

Hotel was fine - shuttle was terrible. Called and it took over 50 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Shuttle was full at our stop and continued to stop at the other locations cramming more people in. Driver was okay, but the wait was intolerable.

Pleasant, staff excell in making guests feel welcome and important.
Pros:

The property was clean, comfortable and lovely. The night check in lady and morning check out ladies were exceptional. They made us feel so welcome.
Breakfast was above average.

Cons:

Loved the shower although the shower floor was slippery and had to throw a towel on shower pan to prevent slipping.
Make the windows sound proof; street noise was loud and woke us up several times.
