Pros:

Best hotel I have stayed in. Felt really looked after. Very cosy and romantic. We had each pool to ourselves multiple times. Wonderful location and views. Little touches made it :)

Ein traumhaft schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern und fantastisch bequemen Betten. Man schläft wie auf Wolken.

Cons:

Die Ruheräume der Sauna sind etwas weit weg vom Saunabereich. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage/Kühlung im Restaurant.

avons passé un très bon séjour.

L'accueil à la réception ainsi que l'accueil en général.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Tolle Panorama-Aussicht und makelloser Spa-Bereich. Schön gestaltete Inneneinrichtung und Gartenlandschaft.

Cons:

Das Restaurant-Personal war häufig recht kühl, fast unfreundlich und unaufmerksam. Es gibt Pflegeprodukte nur auf Nachfrage. Sehr lange Wege zum Spa-Bereich sowie zu den Ruheräumen. Das Essen entsprach an unserem ersten Abend eher Mensa-Essen, an den darauffolgenden Tagen war es besser aber eher durchschnittlich. Das Hauptspeisen-Buffet war in der Prime-Time mit einer langen Warteschlange verbunden, wodurch man ein leichtes „All-Inclusive-Mallorca-Gefühl“ bekam. Unserer Meinung nach (insbesondere bei den teureren Zimmern) ein sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Da ist insbesondere im Restaurant- und Personal-Management noch deutlich Luft nach oben.

Ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub mit Schwächen.
Pros:

Schwimmbäder und der Saunabereich waren sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Aussenanlagen waren sehr naturbelassen und man konnte immer ein ruhiges Plätzchen finden.
Die Lage ist schön und auch der Ramsau hat uns gut gefallen

Cons:

Die Buffets waren soweit gut. Wir hatten 3 Übernachtungen. Danach wäre uns das Buffet, sowohl morgens als auch abends, zu langweilig geworden.Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat, war die Fleischausgabe. Man konnte es sich nicht selbst nehmen und bekam recht kleine Portionen aufgelegt. Man konnte zwar nach mehr verlangen, kam sich aber etwas komisch vor. Außerdem war einer der ausgebenden Köche recht mürrisch.
Unser Zimmer war für ein 4*S Hotel recht klein und einfach und roch etwas komisch. Das Personal versuchte zwar den Geruch zu beseitigen, aber bis zur Abreise roch es, als hätte jemand in dem Zimmer geraucht.
