Do atendimento solícito dos funcionários na recepção, no refeitório, na limpeza e da manutenção. A localização é muito boa também para o turista.

Cons:

Colchão da cama muito macio . Tenho problema de coluna e me desconfortou. Sugiro também que a reposição dos itens da mesa do café da manhã seja feita até as 10 horas da manhã .

Conforto e respeito aos turistas
Pros:

Passando para deixar registrado o quanto foi incrível nossa hospedagem, nossa preocupação era justamente com o conforto e este hotel é simplesmente uma delícia. Limpeza impecável, toalhas cheirosas, com ótima iluminação conforto, com ar condicionado, chuveiro bem quentinho. Falar sobre os funcionários é descrever o quanto tratam bem os hóspedes, com muita educação e cordialidade. Realmente vocês são incríveis, espero voltar em breve.

Great location close to the beach and amazing staff! Perfect for couples and weekend stays in Natal. If you’re visiting from abroad, you definitely have to try the acerola juice at breakfast.

Não tive sorte com o quarto que fiquei. Ar condicionado não estava funcionando direito, a TV não ligava, banho quente sem funcionar e o frigobar não refrigerava.

L’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé, pratiquement en bord de plage, avec une belle vue sur la mer. Il dispose également d’un parking privé, ce qui est très pratique.

Notre chambre était grande, avec une chambre principale équipée d’un immense lit king size extrêmement confortable. En revanche, les deux lits simples de la deuxième chambre étaient, eux, vraiment très inconfortables.

L’hôtel dispose également d’une piscine sur le rooftop, ainsi que d’un sauna et d’un jacuzzi, ce qui est un vrai plus.

L’accueil a été extraordinaire. Les deux jeunes femmes à la réception étaient vraiment adorables, souriantes, disponibles et extrêmement sympathiques.

Le petit-déjeuner est également un excellent point : très varié, copieux et vraiment très bon.

En revanche, l’hôtel mériterait clairement un sérieux rafraîchissement. Notre salle de bain sentait très fortement le renfermé, l’humidité et la moisissure, ce qui était très désagréable. La climatisation était impossible à régler : soit on l’allumait et la chambre devenait un véritable frigo, soit il fallait l’éteindre complètement.

Certaines parties communes sont également assez négligées. À notre étage, une partie du couloir était encore en béton avec des gravats, et les terrasses étaient très sales. C’est dommage, car l’hôtel a un vrai potentiel.

Malgré cela, compte tenu de l’excellent emplacement, de l’accueil exceptionnel, du très bon petit-déjeuner, des équipements et surtout du prix vraiment très bas, le rapport qualité-prix reste excellent. Pour nous, cela mérite un 8/10.
