Dear guests,

Please advise that the balcony is temporarily not accessible due to scaffolding and ongoing construction.

There's an on going construction outside of the building and expect closure of the swimming pool.

For each refund transaction we will be collecting a $49 admin fee or transaction fee.

Free street parking is available for 1-2 hours between 8 AM and 6 PM.

Overnight Parking: Parking in front of the building is free. From 6:00 PM until 8:00 AM. No time limit applies from 6 PM to 8 AM.

Parking Placards: We also have parking placards available on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you will be arriving by car, kindly let us know in advance so we can assist with the available options.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Pros:

The pool was small but nice. Lots of very nice of outdoor seating in a beautiful courtyard.

Cons:

Building is old, smells bad, tattered carpet. Renovation of the unit itself (1015) was terrible—adhesive hooks falling of the wall, buldges in the floor. The bathroom was especially gross— bath has a plastic/magnetic sheet to cover up untold horrors at the bottom of the tub. Could hear every footstep of the person upstairs. drunk people in the pool right outside the window screaming from 2-3am.

Very relaxing and quite neighbourhood, lovely building and nice to have own facilities for food.
Pros:

It was good to be able to have own facilities for cooking if limited and the close proximity of the supermarket meant that food costs could be kept down. The pool was lovely as well although management of those using it out of hours would have been useful as they were quite noisy outside my room. Location was excellent and in such a lovely historic building.

Cons:

The bed was very soft, which can suit some but for a bad back it wasnt ideal.
