Perfect place to stay

Great old facility! Lots of upgrades and a touch of the old days!

Great location, except the restaurant downstairs was noisy in the evening. Difficult to park in the garage with a bigger vehicle. Comfortable apartment, excellent view from balcony, rock hard pillow and sagging mattress. Difficult to find apartment from directions.

Cabaña vieja lo que es tolerable, si al menos tuvieran buenos colchones. Es importante que inviertan en unos nuevos colchones

Great value! This place is dated, but in a fun, nostalgic way. It has everything you’d need. We stayed in 212. The only complaint from our group was that both bedrooms are bright at night… The downstairs room has blinds on the window, but gets lots of light from the exterior hallway. The upstairs bedroom has a skylight in the ceiling, so you’ll be up with the sun and there’s not really anything you can do about it. Overall, it was a great stay and hard to beat for the price and proximity to the slopes, shops, restaurants, etc. Parking in the downstairs garage is also convenient.

Great location! Front door keypad doesn’t work. Might need new batteries

Dead bolt didn’t work and foam padding to help soften the pull out bed was torn in several places. The tv kept going off saying not available for regular channels, and the floor was gritty upon arrival. While the studio was very convenient for dining and transportation to gondola, will not stay here again. The management company

Convenient for skiing

Amazing location and staff was very responsive!

Great place to stay for some skiing. Takes 4-5 minutes to walk to peak 9s lifts. Shops and restaurants in all directions. Personable staff who made it a nice welcoming stay. Thankful I had the opportunity to stay here a few days.

There is a bosch coffeemaker, but there are no capsels available in the stores around. There is one chair that's need repair, the water pressure in the shower is low. Otherwise the place is great, good location.

Location

The facility was great. The unit contained everything I needed. It was warm and comfortable. My only issue was not receiving an email detailing how to access the unit. After several phone calls and some delay, the problem was resolved. After that
my stay was amazing

A condo apartment in Breckenridge. A little dated, but a great location - and the views from the deck were stunning. The bedroom was a bit small and dark (near a door which tended to close itself with a slam late at night and early in the morning). I was grateful to get emailed _detailed_ check in instructions - one of my colleagues also stayed here and did not receive the check in instructions and the _wrong_ information on where to go to check in. That was the travel agents fault, but you really _need_ the instructions emailed in advance.
Nice enough shower, had almost everything I would expect, except a kettle. I think that might a US-thing.

TV volume kept going out, beds are horrible, hot tub nice and warm, ran out of toilet paper so had to buy our own, pillows are horrible and thin, towel rack is nice but more towels would be great depending on how long someone is staying

I did not receive instructions on how to check-in. There is no onsite management. The listing said to go to the wrong address for access. I received an email two hours after I arrived with the correct address to go to for management. They provided keypad information for parking and condo access hours after I arrived in the pouring rain. By then I was soaked. This was listed as a resort. Its not, its a condo. Nice condo though. Would not book here again.

Great location and clean room, nice view off balcony. The only tricky part was parking and codes, but once figured out much worth it!
