las almohadas son deliciosas, el gimnasio muy completo
nos ofrecieron un tour a teotihuacan y resultó incompleto y con poca explicacion por parte del guia, se que no es servicio del hotel pero les recomiendo hacer un analisis de calidad a las agencias de tours que recomiendan

la ubicación muy centrica de donde tenia que estar, tiene cerca el metro y es accesible para Uber, ademas el desayuno Buffet que incluye tiene lo necesario y en lo personal la comida me pareció sabrosa, el baño muy limpio y espacioso
la cama es comoda, lo único que a mi no me gusto en lo personal fueron las almohadas, ya que son algo altas y me dificulto dormir, deberían de tener 1 par de almohadas altas y otro par de almohadas mas bajas

Desde mi llegado condicionaron mi factura, comentando que booking no ha pagado al hotel y por tal motivo iban a tardar en entregar mi factura, han pasado 6 días y aún no me la entregan es un fastidio.
