Cons:

Desde mi llegado condicionaron mi factura, comentando que booking no ha pagado al hotel y por tal motivo iban a tardar en entregar mi factura, han pasado 6 días y aún no me la entregan es un fastidio.

Cerca de la Basílica, buenas atenciones y desayuno abundante.
Pros:

La ubicación estaba bien para llegar a la Basílica de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe, que era el principal objetivo del viaje. No se podía ir a pie, pero en el hotel hay un servicio de traslado a determinadas horas o se puede ir en taxi o bus. El desayuno, si bien tenia muchas opciones de comida local, estaba muy bien surtido y abundante, lo recomendaría. Está muy bien el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto.

Cons:

Algo frio el comedor así que mejor bajar abrigado. Fuera de esto, estuvo muy bien.
