The rooms were spacious and very clean
Pros:

The property was very clean. I like the fact that I could exchange my American money for pesos there. Also, it was convenient to the Basilica.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant downstairs is horrible. We had dinner there and it had no flavor. The food was cold that is independently owned though.

Las camas son muy cómodas, la barra de los desayunos fueron todos los días muy variada y nutritiva simplemente comí muy rico.
Todo el hotel está muy limpio y tiene muy buen aroma. 0

Cons:

La comida del restaurante todo lo que comí fue desagradable, no se compara con el desayuno.
Fue lo único que no me agradó del hotel

Cons:

A friend had ordered a hamburger and the meat was spoiled. she called the restaurant and they did not want to reimburse her the money. they offered to make her something else but at that point she didn't want anything from there. so needless to say the restaurant wasn't all that great.

Confortable, personal atento y buena ubicación.
Pros:

El personal fue muy atento, hubo disponibilidad y nos permitieron entrar a nuestras habitaciones antes y hacer el check out una hora más tarde. Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias, nos tocó con vista interior, lo cual no estuvo mal, por que así no tuvimos ningún ruido de la calle, que suele ser bulliciosa porque es el camino a la Basílica y en domingo, justo la acera del hotel se hace peatonal para el recorrido en bicileta que viene desde el Auditorio Nacional. Hay muchos lugares para comer o tomar algo alrededor, es una muy buena ubicación, a 4km de la Basílica. Finalmente, el desayuno es buffet y la comida estuvo deliciosa.

Cons:

Al estar muy concurrido, quizás por ser fin de semana, no alcanzamos a sentarnos juntos en el desayuno, tuvimos que estar en mesas distintas.

Muy contentos en nuestra estadia en el hotel!!

Muy bien las instalaciones, el personal atento y los servicios tambien muy bien, solo no teniamos jabon de manos en el lavabo. el desayuno que se ofrece aunque no es tan variado estaba muy rico y con sazón.

Cons:

Tal vez mayor variedad en el desayuno, y a nosotros no nos tocó, pero llega un momento en que el espacio destinado para que desayunen los huespedes se satura y tienen que esperar, creo que ahí deben de inmediato ofrecer el área de restaurante que puede ser de oportunidad, por si los huespedes llegaran a desear algo mas..
