This hotel really goes the extra mile to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. ❤️

Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this is probably the only one I’ve come across that seems to offer 24/7 room cleaning service. 😂

I stayed in my room all day, and when I finally passed by the lobby around 7 PM, the staff recognized me and asked if I still wanted my room cleaned.

Such a small gesture, but it really shows how thoughtful their service is. ❤️

Location was perfect for us. Whilst it was in the busy square, the sound proofing was good. Staff very helpful and kindly offered us an early check-in at no cost. Room was big and comfortable with amazing view. Great breakfast and helpful Restaurant Manager who helped me identify appropriate food for a celiac.

Our stay at Sa’pa Square was amazing
Pros:

The location is right on the center, five steps from fansipan. Couldn’t be better.

Cons:

I understand that the hotel is in Sa’pa village and far from serving serving international breakfast, however I suggest if the could look into having more varieties of the spread, taking into consideration the rising volume of tourists from all around the world
