Great stay! Great staff and mostly importantly wonderful clean cold room. Loved it! Thank you
Pros:

The room was great. Very clean and smelling good when we walked in. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We drove 12hrs for a softball tournament and the lady let us check in two hours early. The cafe food is amazing. It’s a little pricey, but totally worth it. Definitely recommend

Room was just what I needed, but social behavior and kindness have gone to hell

The room was very quiet and I was right by the pool

Cons:

A homeless man had gotten some food from the Cafe and was struggling to stand up, let alone walk. I helped him to the ground and calm him down. I went to the front desk to get help and her response was “you can call 911” . Seriously this is YOUR hotel and responsibility, I was just helping. I went back to the man and reassured him someone would help. They did not! I went back to the front desk same response. I went into the Cafe and I was not quiet about it, and I asked for help, I said I needed help and I spoke to a young lady and pointed to a large man and asked for his help. I went back to the man and then some staff came out of the Cafe to help. Apparently they knew the man so I stepped away. The man was on the floor people had to walk around him and no one seemed to care, very very sad

Cons:

The hotel room itself looked decent at first glance, but the reality was unacceptable. The bed sheets and blankets were covered in stains. Moreover, when I entered the room, the humidity was incredibly high. The air conditioning was barely working, which made the bedding feel damp, clammy, and highly uncomfortable to sleep on.

The carpet in the room was also extremely dirty. To make matters worse, when I opened the drawer under the TV stand, a foul odor came out that was so disgusting it made me feel nauseous.

The outdoor areas were no better. The swimming pool water was so filthy that I was afraid to even dip my feet in it.

Nice choice for long trips

La ubicación y la limpieza del cuarto

Cons:

Que se demoran muchísimo en atender en la madrugada para el checkout. Piden deposito sin sentido por una noche. Tuvimos que esperar 20 mins para poder salir hacer checkout

Maybe best for a single dude staying for a quick night.
Pros:

The staff was nice, the room was ready when I got there. It was clean.

Cons:

The location was right on the highway, you could hear the highway noise. It was fine, not a dealbreaker if everything else was ok. It was like a motel, with cars parked right in front. There was a strong smell of the cleaner they used. It was overpowering. If I knew about this smell ahead of time, I wouldn't have stayed here.

It was awful it was hot and uncomfortable

The pull out bed you could fill the springs they're going to turn the bedroom where the two beds were could not work it was hot the TV cable kind of sucked it's a place I wouldn't say again
