Overall a good stay, and would use the hotel again. Recommended.
Pros:

Location was very handy for HW407 and the Toronto Zoo.
Room bathroom was clean and worked well.
Lots of eating places nearby.
Free breakfast was good, enough space for many hotel guests.

Cons:

Our room was quite basic, no drawers, shelves or cupboard space. Not really a problem for our one night stay, but any longer with two suitcases might be a problem.

Overall good and satisfied
Pros:

Spacious room for wheelchair; roll-in shower much appreciated, but water leaking outside shower area, maybe curtain too short; breakfast good and eating area very clean. Overall very satisfied ; will go back again and recommend to friends.

Cons:

Getting a bottle of water for each occupant would have been much appreciated; it's a bit ironic that there is a coffee maker + pack of coffee/tea, but no safe drinkable water; can we rely on tap water? Most of the hotels provide at least 2 bottles and many will freely give more on demand; Your hotel should ensure the safety of their customers, for the least of things.

Made a stressful journey very relaxing.

Squeaky pull-out couch
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice and friendly. We were welcomed warmly and with kindness.
We liked the size of our room and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

My only complaint was the pull-out couch. It is very outdated. The springs were very noisy and the mattress was very soft. I didnt sleep very well.

Beautiful Stay!
Pros:

Property is secured, far away from the hustle of the city, near costco and other commercial area. I find it quiet and peaceful so it is perfect for a staycation specially with family. Breakfast serves continental breakfast, the Filipino staff at the reception was very efficient and professional. The kitchen staffs were prompt on refilling the food and very respectful. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

A bit far from Toronto downtown, but riding a taxi/uber makes it convenient.
