- Please note that a blue and white shuttle bus departs from Haneda International Airport, but only the blue shuttle takes guests to Hotel Mystays Haneda. The white one will take guests to Hotel Mystays Premier Omori.
-If the bus is full, guests may not be able to board the bus.
-The shuttle service may not be available for groups of 8 or more guests as the bus has a limited seating.
-Guests with large luggage such as surfboards and snowboards may not be allowed to board the bus for other guests' safety.

駅から近く空港から近い上に、ホテル・空港間の無料送迎バスがあるのは大変助かった。電車は混んでいてスーツケースを持って乗りこむのは厳しかったのでバスを利用させてもらった。

How close everything was
Dirty bedsheets and dirt on walls
This is a great hotel to stay at for anyone wanting to catch an early flight from Haneda. It's conveniently located and operates a free shuttle bus to the airport. It was excellent value for money too. Will definitely consider staying here again.
MYSTAY was more comfortable and cheaper for the same high quality as the big hotel at Terminal 3. This was great! The free shuttle was exactly on time, every 30 minutes. Try the local izakaya Matsumoto with friendly people. Mama-san speaks English.
