Pros:

The staff were very accommodating with our enquiries. There was a large time frame put on meal service due to the significant number of customers. I asked if we went back to our room, and they could ring me to come downstairs to get our meals when ready which they were more than happy to do. The little things make all the difference to your experience.

Cons:

I unfortunately didn't read the description very well as I thought we had an ensuite. My son has a disability and this would have made our stay more secure for him. He was fretful of going to the bathroom and toilet on his own and encountering strangers.

Cons:

Room 6 was creepy.. It was the first time I stayed in this room..
I had broken sleeps and weird dreams on the verge of nightmares..
The other rooms I have stayed were great but this room was different..
I had booked for 3 nights but stayed 2 nights..
