El personal era muy antipático y te trataban mal, siendo los propios dueños los que atendían, uno de ellos es un hombre mayor que no te dice ni buen día cuando lo saludas, se puede observar que no esta apto para el puesto. La habitación era demasiado pequeña, no correspondía con las fotos que había en la pagina. Cuando hablamos con el personal para cambiar de habitacion porque era muy pequeña, nos dijeron que eran asi las habitaciones y que las que eran mas grandes estaban ocupadas, cuando claramente se podía ver en el hotel que no habia gente. Nos sentimos estafados, porque en realidad las habitaciones que muestran en las fotos no existen. El desayuno es pobre, y de noche se escuchaban muchos ruidos en la calle. No leí los comentarios antes de alquilar y me arrepiento, espero que alguien pueda leer este y pensar dos veces antes de alquilar en este hotel.

Fabulous overnight stay, close to transport and the CBD.
Pros:

Spacious clean room with a comfortable bed, coffee and tea facilities and a clean bathroom. The location was handy to the Southern Cross railway station. The staff were excellent and I had dinner chatting with the owner of the property. The included breakfast was great; a good selection on offer. The in house wine bar and food offering for the evening meal was excellent.

Cons:

I couldn't make the pod coffee maker work at all. However, they might also be my inadequacies. Additional power outlets would have been handy as I travelled with a grandson and we needed extra charging.

Worst hotel in 278 hotel bookings over 8 years.
Pros:

Not alot, locations ok.

Cons:

No early check in, made everyone wait till exactly 2pm, then seemed upset everyone turn up at exactly 2pm.

The bed was made of 2 different beds, both different softness, it was 2 different levels.

The wifi doesnt work

Its kinda dirty and needs major renos, holes in walls and rotting wooden cabinets.

They wouldnt take rubbish from the room

The level of noise that penetrates the rooms is insane.

The aircon/heat pump barley work.

Please dont stay here untill they change managment, and spend some money on the venue, your litterally better off with a tent under a bridge with an air mattress (comparable)

The staff were very accommodating with my needs. And my security deposit was refunded immediately, thank you very much.

Personnel non aimable, insonorisation horrible !! Nous avions l’impression de dormir dans la rue. Réveillé 3-4 fois par nuit (camion de poubelle, passage piéton, rue…). Je déconseille si vous tenez à votre sommeil.

central location. easy check in/out. I guess that's all. convenient, but only if you're out the whole day and simply need a sleeping place.

Cons:

the hard part is that the facilities are simply poor. I was surprised that the cleaning stuff don't even bother with anything (like adding toilet paper). super bad lighting in the room.
