when we first arrived there is nobody manning the reception, no bell or any instruction on what to do for such a situation. while waiting for the receptionist 2 other group of guests arrived.

the breakfast is the same throughout our 9 days stay, no variation only the standard bacon, eggs, french toast, bread. no green, the coffee is good though.

light in the toilet is so dimmed, no light in the vanity and so difficult to shave. no amenities like toothbrush. our bed covering and pillow cases was not even changed for that 9 days even if we requested for our room to be made. there was even a day that our bin was not emptied.
cups was not replaced or even washed.

I wish this hotel's holder make money, and improve the noise isolation of each room.

My double room had two singles beds in it but no big deal.
Yes some bin emptying noise in the morning but it didnt bother me.
Most of the complaints you read are from crabby, unreasonable and uptight people.

Not being woken up at 4-00am by very noise bin collectors.
Breakfast was barely warm, and the room was 2 Star

The quilt, and the mattress were extremely dirty.
The quilt did not even had a cover, they only put two Lenin on either side if the dirty quilt. The bedsheet was sloppy and did not even cover the extremely dirty mattress. I was disgusted🤮

Staff are comical, arrived at 4 pm, and waited 15 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk. When someone did appear, i had to wait another 5 minutes as he couldn't perform the check-in procedure. When someone with this skill set did arrive, he spent ages complaining about his , out dated computer and photocopier before complaining about the local homeless people.

breakfast is atrocious. Only take this if its complimentary, definitely do not pay $16 for it

I would always expect a certain amount noise in the city centre but be aware if your room is at the back of the building there is frequent commercial bin collection between 4am and 6am and rear plugs are a must

outside Noise and from the elevator, the restaurant was closed so had to fine elsewhere, no breakfast as advised due too restaurant closed,so had to leave early to find somewhere to eat the hotel could not tell me where to eat. Bed was not to comfortable.
Will not be booking this hotel again.

前台老是没人。事先己经留言说晚上七点多到。可Check in时没人，打电话也没人接。等了快一个小时。还有收费方面也很令人失望。预定酒店时是说到入住前一天都可以免费取消的，而且也没说要马上收费。所以就留了我父亲的信用卡信息，想入住时再用我本人的银行卡付款。可没想到酒店马上就扣了全款，然后发消息说要用入住人的信用卡付。我立刻更换了我本人的信用卡信息，要求酒店把扣款refund 到我父亲卡里，然后从我卡里扣款。可直到我入住酒店都没完成这个工作。当我check in的时候，前台要求我用我的银行卡又付了款。说第二天会把钱退回到我父亲的信用卡里。可是等了三天，也没退回，他们扣了我们两边的钱。其中我们有发消息给酒店催退款。可没用。直到我们联系了booking的客服，由于booking介入，才在入住后第五天才退了款。可是还扣了银行的手序费十多元澳币。我们再次询问，得到的回应是手序费要我们自己出！这个不是欺骗嘛！如果我在能免费取消前就取消了这家酒店的定单，那他己经扣款了，再把钱退还给我们时，那是不是银行手序费也得我们客人承担呢？都没入住就要白白损失钱！这也太不公平了！希望要定这家酒店的客人要注意到这个情况！给大家提个醒！而且在酒店网页入住政策里，也没有说一定要用入住人的信用卡支付费用的。那如果入住人没有信用卡，难道就不能用家人的卡付款了吗？难道就不能入住了吗？所以这是很不愉快的一次入住体验。

The bedsheets had some old staining.

Windows in our room didn't close properly, and the noise outside was unbearable (garbage trucks at 3am that took 45 minutes to empty the trash, right under the hotel window). Staying in early July also made this hard, as the cold air coming in was difficult to mitigate as well. Decided to leave the next day, as I had a week long booking, and it was unfeasible to deal with this every night (as confirmed by staff). The man who occasionally works on the front desk was incredibly rude for no reason, such as cutting us off mid sentence when we were asking for options/if another room was available. Would not give him that responsibility moving forward or tell him to work on being more pleasant.

Downstairs bar could have stayed open later but understand how it may not be financially sustainable.

Staff complain about us having bags with us , they where kinda rude , no one at front desk , breakfast was very poor

I selected pay at property and yet payment was taken over a month prior to my stay. Breakfast options were limited and things like the orange juice were almost empty or just dregs during the stay. We were constantly being told to take all rubbish to the bins on the street which was uncomfortable as we didn’t even have the rooms serviced once during the stay so unsure why we were constantly being told off about rubbish we didn’t even generate.

Sometimes the check in desk wasn't manned. Need a buzzer or similar to alert staff someone is at the front desk.
