Recepción , muy mal. Completamente fuera de lugar.
Desayuno regular y limitado.
Tres días no se hizo la habitación. Cuando se hizo solamente se subió la sábana. No se hizo limpieza.
No se ha devuelto la fianza.
Estancia muy desagradable.
Lo escrito no puede encantar !!
Todo es motivo de pedir indemnización

Better lighting - could barely read my map,
Room at front corner of building lots of street noise and crosswalk beeping all through the night. Asked politely if possible to change to room at back of building (as in my first visit) and was told in no uncertain terms , in a raised voice, "no other rooms available and if you don't like it go somewhere else" ! I was yelled at and called "old woman" by this elderly man in charge of reception, who then followed me into the breakfast room and continued to berate my in a raised voice in front of other guests.. He should be removed from this job. This totally ruined my day and spoilt my 7 day visit as I was very uncomfortable in his presence and avoided him when possible. When I advised him my room was not serviced all through Easter weekend, was told "public holiday" and difficult to get staff. This hotel runs on a budget, and probably didn't want to pay penalty rates for holidays. 4 days of accumulated trash, no change of towels , toilet papers, tissues, tea bags, bed making or general cleaning for 4 days - from Good Friday until Tuesday 7th April. I don't understand how this hotel booking gets a 4 star rating. I read all hotel reviews and other guests comments, hotel ratings, before making a decision re booking, but this man told me it was "a load of rubbish and doesn't take any notice of reviews". Never again !!!

We had notified the hotel that we would be arriving at 9pm. On arrival exactly at 9pm the front desk was unmanned. There was no bell to ring to alert staff. Tried calling the telephone numbers shown on our booking but no reply. Tried knocking and shouting hello with no success. After around 10 minutes someone appeared and checked us into our room. No apology for the delay. Not what we wanted after an 8 hour train journey. Pleasantly surprised to find that a cooked breakfast was included, we thought it was extra. However, the cooked items did not look appetising at all and we had cereal and toast. Glad we didn't pay extra for breakfast.

El personal, la limpieza, las instalaciones, sus sistemas de información, el desayuno. Atendido por su propio dueño, ellos toman todos los datos de tu tarjeta de crédito, te tratan de manera descortés si no hablas bien el idioma, sirven un desayuno deficiente con loza sucia, no hacen el aseo diario en tu habitación, no aspiran y el baño se filtra

PLEASE CHECK THIS HOTEL'S REVIEW ON GOOGLE BEFORE BOOKING THIS NASTY PLACE. They don't deserve any star. DON"T RUIN YOUR STAY STAYING HERE

- Hotel has falsified the photos on this platform. Have been reported to Booking.com
- Extremly rude management and staff. Never pick up phone or attend to in person
- Breakfast served with expired milk
- Rooms were very tiny shoe box with extremly dim lights. Shower leaking terribly. Reported to the staff but no action was taken
- Mattress were broken.
- Leakages in Laundry and no lights
- We had to break-in our stay and exit this hotel mid-way.

Sound insulation could be better.

Breakfast was over rated with very limited options and nothing left around 8am.
Most staff were rude and arrogent, with little customer service. When calling no one answers until you try 2 plus times.
Payed more for a damage deposite than the room itself, which really doesn't make sense.
The room was small, couldn't even walk around the bed without need stepping side ways or dodging chairs etc.
Room lighting was terrible super dull even when all possible lights were on.
