A peaceful and comfortable stay where we felt truly welcomed.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and made my mom and me feel truly welcome. The pool was peaceful and relaxing, the room was spacious and spotless, and it looked just like the photos. We rested very well and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended!

Excelente experiencia. El personal fue muy amable con mi mamá y conmigo, siempre atentos y serviciales. La alberca era muy relajante, y la habitación era amplia, limpia y tal como aparecía en las fotos. Pudimos descansar muy bien y disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

The Wi-Fi in our room was occasionally affected by the rainy weather, but the staff kept us informed and we were still able to connect in the common areas. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Breakfast is a simple continental breakfast which you can supplement for 100 pesos or ~£5 to add more protein.
The rooms are large and spacious. We also had a little terrace area that sits well above one of the pools.
Rooms are air conditioned.
The pool area is cute and enjoyable and open until 8pm for an evening dip before going out or after an early dinner.

Cons:

There's no lift so did have to lug our suitcase up 2 floors but a small price to pay for the cute boutique and private feeling of the hotel.
Location isn't the most central but it's near the new park and accessible via bus from the tren maya station.
