Después del check out, (10 hs) dejamos nuestro equipaje y regresamos varias horas después a retirarlo, yo sin saber, había olvidado unos objetos en la habitación, que ya había sido limpiada y estaba libre y no me los entregaron, porque los objetos perdidos ingresan a recepción a las 18 hs, yo no era consciente de mi olvido... y obviamente quedaron alli, creo que sería un punto a revisar los objetos encontrados deberían pasar a recepción ni bien se limpia habitación

Nice stay in Colonia
Pros:

Great location, lovely building and outdoor space which must be nice in warm weather. Staff were friendly and a decent breakfast.

Cons:

I had an internal room right by the reception so it was quite noisy, despite their signs for “quiet hours”. Also had no windows so it felt a bit dark. They could’ve offered some long life milk so you could make a tea ( water and teabags only).

Schönes Boutique Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Katzensprung ins Zentrum. Gutes Frühstück. Schöne geräumige Zimmer. Schöner Garten.. schöner Pool. (Leider konnten wir diesen nicht nutzen, es war schlicht zu kalt an dem Tag.

Cons:

Vielleicht etwas kalt im Zimmer, es gab jedoch zusätzliche Decken. Etwas hellhörige Zimmer.

Realmente a pousada e muito bonita e aconchegante.

Cons:

O degrau de entrada extremamente alto, portão da garagem que não para aberto, alguém tem que segura para entrada e saída de veículos, box no banheiro com vidro pela metade caindo muito água para foram incomodando o uso do banheiro.

Hermoso lugar, rico desayuno, limpio y confortable...

Cons:

Lo único que tengo para decir que no me gustó fue la habitación que da al comedor,ya que a la noche hablaban muy fuerte y por la mañana temprano se escucha todo el ruido del personal que prepara el desayuno y las que personas que van a desayunar. Por lo demás impecable
