It was a memorable stay.
Pros:

The hotel has excellent location and hotel facilitates are really five star. The staff at front desk, rooftop bar , in restaurants and during breakfast provided excellent customer service. Breakfast was amazing with ala cart and buffet selections of many varieties. The quality of the food and service were amazing.

Cons:

Too many entrances of the hotel and difficult to set up pick ups for tour as guide and driver shows up at wrong entrance.

Pros:

Good location Great breakfast. Towel sheets as opposed to bath towels

Cons:

Staff completely unreliable. Hotel is chain hotel quality at premium prices. Save you money and book at a chain hotel like Ibis

Very highly recommended.
Pros:

The best thing about this hotel is that ALL the staff, no matter what they were doing, were friendly, helpful and welcoming. I also have to say that the breakfast was outstanding. My room was a good size, and everything was clean and operational.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena en el centro del old town. La habitación estaba cómoda y el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. Muy buen gym y spa.

Cons:

La piscina me pareció mala, era de menos de 1 metro de profundidad, tenía 5 camas de sol para todo el hotel que es gigante, además solo esta abierta hasta las 7pm. El restaurante del rooftop es caro y malo.

Очень удобное расположение , отличный завтрак

Cons:

Отель не соответствует 5 звездам . Кстати , на вывеске с названием отеля на улице, написано, что 4 звезды. Комната была весьма скромная по размеру и по интерьеру . Все очень просто и дешево. Ценовая политика за такую скромность совершенно не приемлемая.

Our holiday in Split was great, the hotel was a pleasure to come back to each day.
Pros:

Staff were excellent- very helpful and very friendly. Great location. The room was excellent - very clean and well appointed. The front of the hotel is on a street which is now a pedestrian precinct, which is great. The room was very quiet at night.

Cons:

Since the front of the hotel is not accessible to taxis, not all drivers know they can reach a rear entrance. On our arrival we were dropped near a third entrance basically in the middle of a backsreet. At the time the weather was fine and it wasn't an issue but it must be a problem for guests arriving in the rain.
