atendeu a minha expectativa.
Pros:

Devido a minha restrição alimentar o hotel atendeu a minha necessidade. A melhor parte foi o colchão, já que tem muitos hoteis 5 estrelas que não tem um colchão tão bom, amei.

Cons:

The hotel charged my card before I arrived without prior communication. When I called the hotel to talk about what happened and get clarification, the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. There was absolutely no intent to clarify the situation, to answer my questions or to mediate the situation in a friendly and professional way. It was a disgraceful experience.

Gentileza dos recepcionistas.

Cons:

Limpeza não frequente. Tinha sempre que reclamar e, principalmente, não dividem o valor da estadia.
No Booking, diz 3x.
