Lovely piece of Johannesburg history!!
Pros:

Location is great and what a wonderful staff… nothing is too much trouble and all done with a broad smile

Cons:

Lovely room but needs a bit of maintenance attention. A number of small quick fixes will take the level back to where it should be.

Comfortable, safe and homey
Pros:

It’s a hotel but it feels cozy. The location is also great for getting around.

Cons:

The breakfast room/restaurant area is cold. While the staff is great, the invisible chef lets the team down. Breakfast isn’t very well catered for. If you go to breakfast after 9 they might not have options that are on the menu. First it was avo then a type of bread, then the fruit has run out. Also the menu is too rigid. Someone shouldn’t have to choose between oats and eggs if they want both. It’s annoying. This was my second visit and I don’t remember this being a problem previously. There could be signs downstairs for people to keep their voices down because of the rooms downstairs.

Das Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war im Angebot bei Booking und daher auch die schlechteste Lage im Hotel zum Parkplatz mit Lärm von gegenüber. Ich musste mit Ohrenstöpsel schlafen.
Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, weil es ein hervorragendes Frühstück geben sollte. Das einzige, was am Frühstück hervorragend war, war das Omelette. Das war wirklich einzigartig. Alles andere am Buffet war unterdurchschnittlich.

Hôtel bien situé dans le quartier Rosebank (environ 10 minutes à pieds d’un centre commercial avec épicerie, boutiques et restaurants,), Personnel aimable, chambre confortable, très bon restaurant.

UN HOTEL PARFAIT !
Pros:

L'établissement est vraiment très agréable, au calme avec toutes les commodités. Nous avons adoré nous baigner dans la piscine face à la chambre et le petit déjeuner était incroyable ! Merci pour tout !
