Convenient
Pros:

It is right near the old quarter but enough out the way that is not busy. Breakfast had a big selection.

Cons:

The beds were squeaky! Every time you turned over you heard it. Also in one of our rooms (we stayed either side of trip). The tv was not opposite the bed…sounds minimal but after a long trip we just wanted to watch tv at night and couldn’t see it.

Je n ai pas eu ma course on a attendu le chauffeur 1h pas de message ...chauffeur impossible à contacter...on a du repayer une course et lorsque nous étions en route celui ci nous a texté pour nous dire où il était...on ne pouvait donc plus reprendre la course...j aimerai bien être remboursé de cette course merci

Pros:

Het zwembad was klein maar fijn, we hadden het geluk dat er geen mensen waren toen wij een plons wilde nemen.
De locatie was echt top, midden in het drukke centrum zonder dat wij last hadden van het geluid. (Wij hadden de kamer met balkon op de 9e verdieping)

חוויה מאכזבת ומתסכלת מאוד

הזמנתי מראש ובכוונה סוויטה בגודל 80 מ”ר עם טרסה, בהתאם לתיאור ולתמונות שהוצגו ב-Booking. בפועל, כשהגענו קיבלנו חדר שהיה שונה לחלוטין ממה שהזמנתי – חדר קטן יותר, עם רטיבות משמעותית וכתמים בתקרה, וללא טרסה בכלל.

כבר באותו הרגע ביקשתי להחליף חדר. צוות המלון הסכים, אך התברר שאין להם את הסוויטה שהזמנתי ושמוצגת באתר. במקום זאת עברנו לחדר משפחה. לצערי, גם החדר הזה היה עם סימני רטיבות, לא היה נקי כראוי ובאופן כללי היה במצב תחזוקתי ירוד.

המלון הציע לנו לבטל את השהייה, אך מכיוון שהגענו כחלק מקבוצה, מעבר למלון אחר היה מאוד לא נוח ולכן החלטנו להישאר. בדיעבד, זו הייתה טעות. המקלחות היו במצב מזעזע, המגבות לא נעימות, הבריכה נראתה לא נקייה ולא מזמינה בכלל, ו”חדר הכושר” כלל למעשה מתקן אחד בלבד.

באופן כללי, המלון אינו מתוחזק ברמה שהייתי מצפה ממלון במחיר הזה, ובוודאי שאינו תואם את האופן שבו הוא מוצג ב-Booking. במהלך השהייה גם היה נראה שצוות הקבלה עסוק לא מעט בהחלפות חדרים לאורחים, מה שגרם לנו להרגיש שהחוויה שלנו אינה בהכרח מקרה חריג.

ביום השני המלון אכן הציע להעביר אותנו שוב, הפעם לחדר עם הטרסה שאותו הזמנתי מלכתחילה. בשלב הזה כבר סירבתי לארוז שוב את כל המזוודות ולהעביר שוב את הילדים מחדר לחדר בגלל בעיה שלא הייתה אמורה לקרות מלכתחילה.

מה שהפריע לי במיוחד היה שביקשו ממני לבצע ביטול דרך Booking כאילו כלל לא הגענו למלון. לכך לא הסכמתי. בסופו של דבר המלון החזיר לי את ההפרש בין מחיר הסוויטה שהזמנתי לבין חדר המשפחה שבו נשארנו. עם זאת, בעיניי גם חדר המשפחה לחלוטין לא היה שווה את המחיר ששילמנו.

במחיר שהמלון גובה ציפיתי לרמה אחרת לגמרי. זו הייתה חוויה מתסכלת ומאכזבת מאוד, עם פער משמעותי בין מה שמוצג ומובטח באתר לבין מה שקיבלנו בפועל.

L’emplacement est très bien.

Cons:

Le personnel était fortement suspicieux, ils nous ont demandé plusieurs fois nos passeports avant d’accéder à nos chambres (tout en ayant déjà mon passeport en caution)
Contrairement à beaucoup d’établissements, ils ne nous ont proposé aucun service (visites, driver ou blanchisserie) peut être parce qu’on y est resté qu’une seule journée ?
Personnel professionnel mais sans attention particulière.
Hotel correct, mais ne vous attendez pas à quelque chose d’exceptionnel.

Pros:

Hana on travel desk was super friendly . Beds make noise . Most of front office team member were helpfull . Only gym should be updated old equipment there .

Cons:

Bed and gym was no telephone in room if you need assistance.

Un hôtel de bonne qualité avec un personnel très bienveillant
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup aimé la décoration de la chambre et la literie était très confortable. L’emplacement était aussi super pour pouvoir se déplacer vers les différents sites touristiques. Le petit plus très agréable était la piscine sur le toit.
