Overall, our stay was okay, but unfortunately the cleanliness did not meet our expectations.

The biggest issue was the hygiene. The "clean" towels we received had quite a lot of hair on them, which was very unpleasant. I asked for fresh towels, but unfortunately the replacements also had hair on them.

The bathroom was also not as clean as it should have been, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout our entire stay. In addition, the shower by the pool looked as though it had not been cleaned for quite some time.

Lovely spot to end our time in Hanoi
Pros:

The rooms were luxurious! Lovely linen and comfy beds. The hotel was in the perfect location, friendly staff and great amenities. The pool on the rooftop was a bonus too.

Great hotel in fantastic location, touristic neighborhood & close to hoan kiem lake.

Cons:

The staff were excellent, helped us many times with flight booking to tours arrangements & access to fix personal issues through their computer devices. Thanks to all in the front disk especially ( HatoHong) young lady with great smile from reception who was great help to us . Also guys at the door were very kind & generous.
