Todo menos la ubicación, no está cerca de Kata.

Cons:

Para ir a Kata Beach hay que coger Bolt o Grab. Aunque el propio hotel pone taxi gratuito, que baja y sube con cierro horario, lo cual se agradece, pero te condiciona por los horarios.

It was the best 4 days
Pros:

Very nice and cooperative staff, they even celebrated my birthday.. rooms were super clean I will highly recommend this hotel , it was in quite place and would love to come back to Yama hotel

Friendly staff, but not what we expected
Pros:

We stayed at the Yama Hotel for 3 days. I have to say that, besides the very friendly staff, the hotel itself was not quite what I expected.

When you first enter the hotel, it looks beautiful, modern and welcoming. Unfortunately, the rooms and especially the pool did not really reflect that same feeling. Overall, I found the hotel a bit outdated.

Cons:

We were initially assigned a room in a lower corner building. The room was very dark and had a bit of a moldy feeling. The furniture was also quite outdated and, for us, it simply wasn’t very comfortable.

However, I have to give credit to the staff. When I requested a different room, they were incredibly friendly and arranged a new room for us immediately. Our second room was on the 4th floor and was much better. It was clean, which is always very important to us, and it was perfectly fine for three people. It just wasn’t the most comfortable room for us, but that is partly a matter of personal preference.

I do think the first room needs more attention. It may have felt even more neglected because of the lack of natural light, but I would strongly recommend taking a closer look at the cleanliness and maintenance of these rooms. In particular, the ceiling, corners, kitchen cabinets and windows could use some attention. Some of these things were quite shocking to see.

The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of hot and cold dishes. The orange juice, however, was disappointing. The breakfast staff were definitely a highlight! Special thanks to Pui, Golf and the lovely lady making the eggs. Thank you for always greeting us with a smile!

One small thing that was disappointing: I lost my hotel key card during a hectic day and was charged 300 baht for a replacement. I understand that there may be a charge, but 300 baht felt quite excessive.

Overall, we had a nice stay, mainly because of the friendly and helpful staff. However, for us, three days was enough. The hotel has a lot of potential, especially because of its beautiful entrance and overall concept, but I think some of the rooms and facilities could really benefit from updating and better maintenance.

Enjoyable stay, good value for money !
Pros:

Located up in the mountains it is just minutes away from the city, yet it is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. The food at their restaurant is absolutely amazing, we tried almost everything and were never disappointed. Service is also very good specially Tong at the reception, and the staff at the restaurant ( forgot the name of the lady with short hair).

Cons:

The wash basin was inside the room so if one hd to waah their hands or use the wash basin one would end up waking/ disturbing their partner.

能丢东西的酒店绝对不是什么好酒店。
Pros:

地理位置在山上，如果步行其实非常不方便，打车倒是能打到酒店门口。但是出门在外走上来一个山坡又黑，非常危险。另外，我在酒店遗失了我所有装饰品的包(贵重首饰)，注意我翻遍了整个房间。给了他们一上午的时间处理，如果不能处理好就报警。后面所有什么经理主管和我一起去房间说帮忙找，结果找到了就很神奇。我和同行者都难以置信，因为我们在酒店翻了一上午都没找到，为了不耽误行程说报警解决结果自己就出来了，懂得都懂。酒店虽然游泳但是开放时间其实不长，房间说带泳池其实就是对着泳池的，并不是你自己房间独立能游的类型。希望大家慎重入住，毕竟丢东西这件事很恶心。
