The staff were very helpful, and they were well welcomed and always there to help us.
My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment we checked in. I booked three rooms, expecting a comfortable and trouble-free stay, but unfortunately, the problems started immediately.
One of the rooms had a serious air-conditioning problem and was extremely hot and uncomfortable. I contacted the hotel multiple times and asked for the issue to be fixed. Staff came to the room twice, yet the problem was still not resolved. Having to repeatedly complain about the same issue without any proper solution was completely unacceptable.
The following night, things became even worse. After midnight, the key card stopped working, leaving us unable to access our room normally. When we contacted the hotel, we were told that there was no technician on duty and that we had to wait until morning. This meant that every time we needed to leave or enter the room, we had to contact the staff and have them open the door using a master key. This was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating, especially in the middle of the night.
As if that was not enough, we also found a lizard inside one of the rooms. This was another unpleasant and unacceptable situation that further ruined our stay.
What makes this experience particularly disappointing is not simply that problems occurred — hotel issues can happen anywhere. The real problem was the lack of effective action, follow-up, and proper resolution. We repeatedly reported the issues, yet we were left to deal with them throughout our stay.
After booking three rooms, we expected a basic level of comfort, cleanliness, maintenance, and service. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to deliver on all of these.
This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I have had. I would absolutely not stay at this property again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Everything about the hotel was fine except the pool was real small. Great free Tuk Tuk service from the hotel to Sukumvit road any time you wish.

Most of the time when me n my partner was goin out (morning or any time) housekeeping trollies were front or side of our door,which was really annoying!
