Pros:

I booked this hotel for the pool and gym sadly the pool was under refurbishment and the gym was crammed with equipment due to the pool refurb you couldn't really have a decent workout
This should have been advertised prior to booking

Pros:

Location and staff.

Cons:

We were on the first floor second building and the traffic noise kept us awake so not a great sleep. Also the latch on the window to the patios was too loose. I worried someone could break in

I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. The reception staff were attentive!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay and would happily return in the future. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the area. The reception staff were exceptional, especially Eve and Dao, who were always friendly, helpful and happy to recommend local amenities, including a nearby Starbucks.
The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable each morning, and the complimentary tuk-tuk service was a fantastic facility, providing convenient transport to local attractions, shops and restaurants. The gym and pool were excellent additions, and even the airport transfer was offered at a very reasonable price. Overall, a fantastic hotel with outstanding service and great facilities.

Cons:

There was very little to dislike during my stay.
