حداثة المبنى وفخامته وسعة الغرفة والحمام وجمال الأثاث والتصميم، وأيضاً وجود المركز التجاري والسوبرماركت في الأدوار السفلية للمبنى، وكذلك دور الإطلالة على هانوي مع وجود رسوم للدخول

سكنت في الدور الحادي والخمسون ومع ذلك تصل أصوات أبواق السيارات للأعلى وهو أمر مفاجئ لارتفاع المبنى، وأيضاً المفترض أن الزجاج عازل للصوت، كما لا يوجد قائمة للطعام الحلال في بوفيه الفطور

Amazing View, Impeccable Service at Lotte Hotel Hanoi

A Wonderful stay in Hanoi
My sisters and I had a staycation at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. To be honest, everything was amazing.
From the check-in and check-out process, all the staff members were very nice, friendly and always willing to support us
In addition, when I came to the room, I was really impressed by the view, the spacious layout and the cleanliness. With 2 nights staying here, the Housekeeping team helped me a lot, especially Ms Le Them ,Ms Lan and Ms Linh.Who was always attentive, warm and thoughtful. They are very well trained and truly dedicated to delivering excellent experiences to us
Really look forward to choosing Lotte Hotel Hanoi again.

素敵なおもてなし、ありがとうございました。

Cons:

食事の際、特別な日を演出していたので、もう少し気遣って欲しかった。

AMAZING　VIEWS
Pros:

チェックインの時間までかなりあったのですがコンシェルジュの方の配慮で早くに部屋に入れて暑さに疲れた体にはとてもありがたかった。フライトの関係で夜中のチェックアウトになりましたが早めに部屋に入れたのでゆっくりできました。ありがとうございました。

The hotel’s facilities are first-class.

What truly sets Lotte Hotel Hanoi apart is its attention to detail. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and valued. Their hospitality transformed an already luxurious stay into a truly memorable one.

The location is also excellent, offering convenient access to many of Hanoi’s attractions while providing a peaceful retreat from the city’s bustle.

특히 Assistant Club Floor Manager Linh Nguyen님께 꼭 감사드리고 싶습니다. 예약 이후 체크인 전 안내부터 숙박 중 응대, 체크아웃까지 모든 과정에서 항상 친절하고 세심하게 응대해주셔서 더욱 편안하고 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 따뜻하면서도 프로페셔널한 서비스가 정말 인상 깊었습니다.
