Outstanding Service from Start to Finish, Warm and Professional Hospitality in Hanoi.

아마 10번째 방문인가요? 오랜만에 롯데호텔 하노이를 다시 방문했는데, 처음부터 끝까지 정말 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

특히 Assistant Club Floor Manager Linh Nguyen님께 꼭 감사드리고 싶습니다. 예약 이후 체크인 전 안내부터 숙박 중 응대, 체크아웃까지 모든 과정에서 항상 친절하고 세심하게 응대해주셔서 더욱 편안하고 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 따뜻하면서도 프로페셔널한 서비스가 정말 인상 깊었습니다.

덕분에 이번 하노이 여행이 더욱 특별하게 기억될 것 같습니다. 왜 많은 분들이 롯데호텔 하노이를 추천하는지 다시 한번 느낄 수 있었고, 다음에 하노이를 방문하게 된다면 꼭 다시 숙박하고 싶습니다.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

What made the experience especially memorable was the atmosphere. As someone who enjoys Korean culture, I genuinely felt as if I was in Seoul. From the ambiance and food to the overall guest experience, there was a distinct Korean touch that made the stay unique and enjoyable.

The location was convenient, and the hotel offered great value for money. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Stay in Hanoi
Pros:

My wife and I arrived at Hotel Lotte Hanoi after leaving home and travelling for 30 hours. We were greeted at the 59th floor Executive Club reception by Ms. Linh Nguyen and Ms. Ngoc Anh. These ladies were extremely helpful and assigned us a great room on the 58th floor.
The service provided by Ms. Nguyen and Ms. Anh and their Club Team for our three day visit, was simply outstanding! Service level at this Club is the best we have experienced, compared to the many hotel executive clubs we have visited over many years of travel.
Also extremely helpful during our last morning before checkout was Ms. Thanh (sp).
Based upon our experience, we highly recommend the Hotel Lotte Hanoi and it's professional Executive Club Team. We would certainly stay at this property, when we return to Hanoi.

Lotte Hanoi is always a treat. This time the room had a Samsung air purifier too.
Pros:

The staff really goes the extra mile.

Cons:

Somehow food smell from the corridor got into the room. This is the first time this happened.

Hanoi is a city of gourmet food.
Pros:

Since it is a landmark hotel, it is convenient to get around when using services like Grab.
It is also close to the Japanese district and there are many local food shops.
The night view from the hotel window is also impressive. The breakfast on the 63rd floor is world-class and very satisfying. We did not use the lounge on the 59th floor, but we are looking forward to it next time.

Cons:

On the day of check-in, I aimed for the 59th floor.
However, I was stopped on the 1st floor and told to go to the 38th floor.
I showed my reservation slip and explained that I was checking in on the 59th floor.
However, they did not accept this, which was very disappointing.
They said they needed to check my passport.
Finally, they understood the reservation details.
I don’t know whether it was because of my appearance or the brand of my travel bag that they made their judgment.
This was the only very disappointing point on this trip.
