これは他のポーランドのホテルに言えることかもしれませんが、USB充電に対応していないことが、現在では大きな課題です。私はアメリカ式コンセントに対応するUSBアダプターを持っていたので、欧州式コンセントアダプターをホテルで借りたので、事なきを得ました。もしUSBアダプターが無かったら、自己調達する必要がありました。実際、後日宿泊したワルシャワのホテルでは、欧州式コンセントアダプターすらなかったので、スマホの節電に苦心しました。

Wunderbar und wie sind sehr froh, dass wir Hotel Polski bialy orzel in Krakau gebucht hatten

Sehr gut ( wie in den meisten Hotels ( gehobene Preisklasse) Aber das gefällt uns

מלון נפלא במיקום מנצח בקרקוב!
נהנינו מאוד מהשהות שלנו במלון, ובהחלט נשמח לחזור אליו בביקור הבא בקרקוב.
המיקום פשוט מושלם! המלון נמצא ברחוב יפהפה, מרשים ומלא קסם, שכיף לטייל בו בכל שעה. ממש מול המלון נמצא קיר תמונות מרהיב ביופיו, שמוסיף לאזור אופי מיוחד והופך את הסביבה ליפה עוד יותר.
החדר היה גדול, נוח ונקי מאוד, והיה לנו נעים ונוח לשהות בו. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצוינת, עשירה ומגוונת, עם שפע של מאכלים טריים וטעימים. נהנינו מאוד מהמבחר ומהאיכות.
השילוב בין המיקום הנהדר, הרחוב המקסים, החדר המרווח והנקי וארוחת הבוקר המצוינת הפך את השהות שלנו לחוויה נהדרת.
ממליצים בחום לכל מי שמחפש מלון נעים, נקי וממוקם היטב בקרקוב. נשמח להתארח כאן שוב!

Super beliggenhet!
Pros:

Pent hotell med innbydende rom. Hyggelig betjening som gjorde sitt beste for sine gjester. Romslig både rommet og badet. De ordnet oss kjapt et nytt rom når AC ikke virket. Liten bar som holdt åpent hver kveld, nydelig servering i gaten utforbi. Sjarmerende beliggenhet, ville bodd her igjen.
