A very nice hotel in the heart fo Krakow!
Pros:

Its location and the very pleasant staff. The atmosphere of an old hotel was also amazing.

Cons:

Unfortunately the air conditioning unit in my room was very loud and it kept me awake during the night.

Pros:

The room was great, the location brilliant given the historic precinct, just 10 minutes walk from the railway station and a multitude of restaurants speciality shops the noteworthy places to visit within easy walking distance.
What is truly worthy of noting is the breakfast buffet. I recommend the chef's fruit smoothie at breakfast, a speciality of the house.

Abbiamo fatto un soggiorno splendido in un bel hotel situato in una posizione strategica della città
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, praticamente in una delle vie principali della città e vicino alla stazione treni. Ottima colazione dolce e salato, camere ben arredate con gusto e bagni di giusta spaziosità. Personale gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Ci ritornerei sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

Solo trip to Krakow.
Pros:

Great breakfast. Staff were lovely. Had a problem with air con but without fuss, the hotel arranged a room upgrade.

Cons:

The bathroom let the hotel down. Cheap shower fittings over the bath with a shower curtain. Toilet seat cheap and could have had soft close at the bare minimum. View from room was not very good.
