Very nice place, just need a little maintenance but
Pros:

It was clean and secure. All staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom light flickered and was not working as it should. The door to the desk where the refrigerator was located was hanging off the hinge and the bed was hard and not comfortable

The lady from front desk, i think her name was Bautista. Bad manners. She gave me my bag, she did not even tell me what the $250 charge was for? Despite the room been already paid for.

I expected more.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

The bed pillows were too small for a King bed. The bathroom shower was also not cleaned very well. The Valet scratched my rims on my car.

Our new "Go To" for downtown Richmond
Pros:

While we had requested a King bed, we ended up with two Queen beds in the room. Otherwise, the Front Desk staff was extremely welcoming, Athena took care of all our needs.

Cons:

The only negative was the valet parking that took over half an hour to retrieve our car making us late for our event on Sunday. There was only one valet at 9 am which seemed odd when so many people are checking out.

Great people
Pros:

The staff was excellent and everything was very clean! We absolutely adored Ben and I thought it was very sweet that he remembered my daughter from the night before and asked about her dance competition. In fact, every staff member we talked to about why we were staying at the hotel asked how she did and wished her a happy birthday on Saturday!

Cons:

I know we were in downtown Richmond, but I thought it was a bit expensive for a 2 night stay that didn't include breakfast or parking, not even complimentary coffee.
