Wonderful Marrakech stay!
Pros:

Everything and everyone was wonderful. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The hotel’s cooking classes were a hit as was the breakfast. The hotel was comfortable and clean.

Exceptional Riad although very pricey
Pros:

La Maison Árabe was exceptionally beautiful and kept spotlessly clean. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, polite and helpful. Our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day and bath towels were replenished twice daily.
The restaurant food was delicious and service in the restaurant was mostly exceptional with the exception of a couple of evenings where the waiter seemed distracted by other guests and we had to fill our own water and wine glasses.
The country club which is around 20 minutes away by complimentary bus is very nice and the pool is a good size to swim lengths and very refreshing. The food at the country club was very good and service was exceptional.
The jazz bar was a great venue each evening and the music and service here was friendly and fun.

Cons:

The pool within the hotel is situated in the middle of the dining area so if you want to swim, it will be in the front of dining guests and there is nowhere to sit / lie once you are out of the pool.
All food and drink bought in the hotel is subject to 10% VAT and 10% service charge, effectively adding 20% to an already expensive sum. I do hope that the service charge is distributed amongst the working staff.

Absolutely perfect hotel, we loved everything about it.
Pros:

Incredibly special hotel. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and authentically quintessential Moroccan. The staff were gracious and truly amazing. The location is perfect. I highly recommend!

Cons:

Almost nothing - it was perfect.

A must try hotel at best location with excellent service.
Pros:

A large variety and fresh baked bread and many options of eggs. Tables arround pool area very welcoming setting for a quiet breakfast.

Cons:

Wardrobe in room very difficult to use because of position next to side of bed with no space to move. Gym with little option and space to workout.

Friendly, comfortable hotel that gives the flavour of Morocco
Pros:

The hotel is fantastic! Brilliant setting, beautifully decorated, very comfortable rooms, lovely common areas to relax, excellent restaurant. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Hakim at the front desk was so friendly and helpful particularly as we were first timers to Marrakesh although we will definitely be back.

Cons:

The restaurant could have had a few more vegan options. Also it was a little pricey although the food was excellent.

Amazing stay. Would 100% stay again!
Pros:

The property was amazing. It was clean. The staff were great. The breakfast was excellent and the room was very comfortable and had a lovely decor. We would strongly recommend this to anyone who would like to stay in the centre of Marrakesh. The country club that there is a free shuttle for every day every hour was amazing and for anyone wanting a break from the busy city this was an excellent option to have.

Cons:

Nothing apart from perhaps the restaurant being quite expensive.
