A wonderful stay in a beautiful riad. I would absolutely stay again and recommend it as the perfect place for your stay
Pros:

Everything!
Decor- the photos are beautiful but still don’t capture how gorgeous the property is in person. Stunning tiles, rugs, art, lamps and lighting in every room and hallway.
Facilities- we had a balcony, bath, shower, twin sink, desk, and fridge just in the room. On site a Hammam spa where we had the most relaxing experience, a pool and area for loungers and tanning, a jazz bar, restaurants, a library, study area, multiple seating areas, and parlour for complimentary afternoon tea. Just round the corner is the cooking school, boutique shop, and rooftop bar and restaurant. The lane to get there is super safe and adorned with lights and greenery. We did get a little lost but the porters were more than happy to guide our way. There was even a complimentary shuttle to their country club with its own pool and gym.
Staff- the staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We were given a tour when we arrived with our welcome drinks. Anything we asked they tried to accommodate. We had a tour booked where we needed to be up at 4am which was no issue as the front desk was manned 24/7. They send sweets to our room and gave us change when our notes were too big. They called us taxis for good prices and generally just made the trip so easy.
Location- the riad is located far enough from the medina that you can get a taxi to directly outside the cooking school door and then it’s a minute walk down the large well lit alley to the riad itself. There was always a security man at the front door you could see from the alley entrance and there’s no wandering down tiny lanes but it’s close enough (10-15 min walk) to the souks that we had no problem popping out for food or shopping.
Food- the breakfast buffet had it all from fresh fruit and chia puddings to an egg station and on demand made Moroccan pancakes.

Cons:

Nothing except that we didn’t book a longer stay to get better use of all the facilities.

Another relaxing and comforting stay at this special Riad hotel.
Pros:

We keep returning to this amazing riad hotel. We love it. The staff are so welcoming and helpful and the hotel and the rooms are beautiful. Delicious food, great bar, relaxing and beautiful county club, fabulous spa and great cookery school.

Cons:

Really can’t think anyway it could be improved. It’s perfect.

Absolutely beautiful property made even better by the kindness of every single employee.
Pros:

The property is breathtaking. My wife and I have been to Morocco several times, and we have stayed in gorgeous places, but this was the nicest where we have ever stayed. It is understated luxury in the best sense of the words. The staff were unbelievably kind and gracious. We reached out to see if they could help with a ride from the airport, and it was taken care of immediately. We purchased some items from a store that did not arrive, and they called the store and insured the products arrived hours later. The people working here are the reason we love Morocco as much as we do. Thank you, thank you thank you

Pros:

L’ensemble de l’équipe de l’Accueil a été parfaite tout comme lors de notre précédent séjour,
chambre bien équipée et confortable
Emplacement idéal
Le Country club est vraiment un plus et très agréable

Cons:

Petit déjeuner: très répétitif, qualité très moyenne (prix non justifié), dame qui nous a accueilli non chalante, nous avons constaté une grosse différence de qualité de service hormis le dernier jour de notre séjour où c’était un jeune homme charmant et avenant
Ménage : Changement des draps non effectué alors que l’avons sollicité qu’une fois sur un séjour d’une semaine en plein mois d’août là aussi la qualité de service était meilleure lors de notre séjour précédent en mai
Calme: avons dû subir le tournage d’un film dans le patio qui donnait juste sous notre balcon jusqu’à 1h30 du matin (2 soirs)
Country club: toujours une grande baisse de qualité de service par rapport à mai ( pas de cocktail de bienvenue comme précédemment, Mourad est très gentil mais invisible, il se contente de nous donner une serviette et disparaît)

La Maison Arabe è, ormai una garanzia nel cuore della Medina.La struttura è bellissima, profumata e pulita, posizione perfetta per girare a piedi tutta la Medina. Il ristorante sempre veramente ad un alto livello, come sempre bellissimo il Rooftop. Ci vediamo presto. Un caro saluto Lorena e Marco

Pros:

Le stanze sono splendide: curate in ogni dettaglio, pulitissime, complete di ogni comfort.
Abbiamo anche cenato in struttura, in particolare eccelso il filet de boeuf. Ottimo il drink di benvenuto, una coccola in più.
