最高でした！！！
Pros:

駅やメインストリートから近く、ホテル自体とても綺麗です。スタッフの方もとても感じ良く、気持ちよく過ごせました。ラウンジで飲み物が飲み放題なところも嬉しかったです。

Cons:

お風呂の排水がうまくいかず、溢れてしまっていました。お風呂場に電話がなく、何かあった時に困ります。

シーズンオフに泊まるならあり。
Pros:

ロケーションは良いです。ホテルロビーはモダンで素敵です。

Cons:

部屋が不潔。ソファのイスの布には誰かが汚した後が残っていました。ハンドタオルは糸がほつれていました。部屋着のパジャマの所に前泊者の髪の毛がありました。　1番気になったのは、清掃特有の消毒の匂いがホテル全体に強く残っている点です。安いビジネスホテルではないはずなのに、物凄く残念です。

Quiet hotel with onsen, large rooms, great location and helpful staff
Pros:

Great location, right next to Niklo station and Tobu Nikko station. The room was spacious and well-equipped. It had a little seating area and a comfortable bed. Loved the free drink dispenser in the hotel lounge. The hotel onsen was great, too. Went for a soak after a long day of sightseeing and loved it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Nikko.

Cons:

Some things were slightly dated, like the knobs on the watertap being difficult to turn and the soapdispenser in the shower falling apart when pressing the buttons. No full-length mirror in the room.
