Location is good.. can improve with upgrades and better staff training..of my 10 day experience, this was the first bad
Pros:

Very close to train station. But property looked old and badly needs upgrades.. Air conditioning was not that great. Staff was not that friendly.. allowed a previous person to get water but refused me to get water.

Unfriendly staff and cleanliness, especially bathroom

Enjoyed my stay very much
Pros:

The breakfast was the best I have had. The location is perfect if travelling by public transport. The rooms are large, with armchairs and a lovely bath. The staff so helpful and also there is a dinner option right there at the hotel. What a lovely place to stay

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé à deux pas de la gare, chambre propre et bien équipée. Le personnel était très accueillant. Très bon petit-déjeuner, le buffet à volonté est varié et pout tous les goûts. Onsen séparé homme femme, l'eau est très chaude voir brûlante mais ça vaut le détour.

Great location near Nikko JR station but not great value for money
Pros:

It’s in a great location and the staff were very friendly

Cons:

The carpets in the hallways were stained, there were no cups in the room even though there was a kettle, there was no luggage rack in room, and only one pillow was provided.

Pros:

酒店位置很好，在JR和东武日光车站之间位置的对面马路就是。酒店设施很旧了，但除了走廊里有味道之外，清洁度还算可以的。

Cons:

酒店前台有位长发高个中年的女服务员态度很恶劣，我们在办理入住和退房当天都碰到了她早班，入住当天是板着脸一而再的打断正在描述问题的我们，第二天退房时接待我们的是一位相对年长的男性服务员态度很好有问必答，但是这位长发高个中年女服务员居然在旁边翻白眼被我们看到，简直是不可思议，然而她后面接待白人住客却又是热情有礼的。第一次在日本碰到如此无礼还是从事服务行业的人。

Great location and onsen
Pros:

Really nice onsen, location excellent.

Cons:

The whole downstairs (onsen side) smelled cigarrette smoke (because of the smoking room) and somewhat in the rooms also even we had non smoking room. I guess the whole hotel has been smoking area at some point?

L'emplacement, à 100 mètres de la gare pour Tokyo via Spacia X et de la gare routière (bus pour visiter Nikko) !!
La chambre était spacieuse et propre.

Cons:

Faux lit double (2 lits simples mis côte à côte et on sentait une barre au milieu des deux)

Pros:

The hotel is extremely close to the train station. We loved the breakfast variety, The onsen and the amenities were great. There is a storage area with lockers, so we could leave the luggages there before check-in and after checkout.

Cons:

Nice outdoor onsen but it close to the road and we smelled the exhaust fumes.
The room was a bit outdated.
